Everything went well. But I would suggest not to give people certificate on the first day without even attending class. Because I saw two people with my own two eyes got the certificate and went way. When those go back and start to work and make a mistake. The blame goes back to the John Maxwell. Which is not a good news for DNA family.

No call in until now
Being based in Malaysia and also travel to Vitenam and Cambodia often. I find it very difficult to call in and the process is not user friendly. Timing is another issue that since enrol into mentorship, i have not called in until now. :(

IMC was very rewarding. I was very tired when it was done. Met a lot of great people. Felt very safe there. Felt included, despite the number of people. It was great to get a photo with Roddy and one with Susan, and one with Dr. Ivan Meisner that I can share with my BNI group when I go back this week. I am taking Chis's 20 day challenge, rising early for Christian's teaching in the morning before my local chamber meeting, and meeting with my first client tomorrow afternoon to play the leadership game with their team. Am stoked, and looking forward to my weekly talks with the mentorship team to bolster me. I am looking forward to not just getting my business boosted, but to knocking it out of the park - and by golly, I am going to take as many with me as I can! I look forward to learning more as I continue onward and upward toward club level if I can make it. My word for the year is "Ts'michah", which is the Hebrew word for growth. In Hebrew, each word implies continuous action, so growth in Hebrew is translated as "growing" or "lifting up". Each letter also has a meaning, and they can be stringed together to make a sentence. For this word, the sentence is: "The righteous works with chaos to capture revelation". Now that is just plain beautiful to me. It came to me during the IMC, which I indeed, found inspirational! The only thing I could think to improve would be to allow an additional day for people to stay for 1 on 1 coaching. I knowI would pay or it.

An all around First Class organization
An all around First Class organization! I joined the program with great optimism and they did NOT disappoint. I learned more in 4 days than I have the past 25 years. I have many habits and characteristics that I must alter 180 degrees and have already started the process. A true life changing experience with unlimited tools to guide me until we meet again in 2019. I am already anticipating returning as an alumni.

This is the single most inspiring team I’ve ever been a part of outside the military. I am inspired to learn, grow, and do the impossible. This organization really cares and they are not just talking it, they are living it!
