Mentorship
Mentorship is a great program, because it allows you to have access to powerpoint presentations, leaders and participants guides from the portal. This makes it easier to teach, train, coach and mentor others. The only thing is that I wish there were more power point presentations available! Other than that, very cool and powerful staff. Thank you JMT!

Thanks for the feedback. How great it is to hear that you are in the mentorship program. There truly is a lot of great resources available to those in the mentorship program that can help in adding value to others. It is also great to know that even in recent months a lot of new resources have been released and the word is that many more are on the way. Two ways to keep up with the new resources that are being released are: One, make sure you are a member of the JMT facebook page. Everything gets posted there. Two: Go onto the online platform and locate the "What's New" page under the "Main" tab at the top left side of the page. Be on the lookout for more new resources soon. Keep adding value!

I just joined Mentorship before…
I just joined Mentorship before attending the live conference in Orlando, so I have only a few days in Mentorship. As far as the live conference goes, however, it was the BEST I've attended. It was well organized in terms of the layout of the rooms and accessibility; and the timing of events was held to the time promoted, and the cadence of these events was perfect for getting to and from events. The spirit of the attendees was genuine - caring and selfless. What a great team to be a part of! The quality of learning from the faculty was incredible. I am humbled. I actually thought I was pretty good at coaching, speaking, but now I know how high the bar is set! And lastly, I've never eaten such good food at a conference in my life. I know that sounds trivial, but honestly it made a huge difference in my energy and stamina for absorbing all the content. You don't know me yet, JMT faculty, but you will! Thanks for everything!!

It sounds like you had an amazing time at the IMC. That is perfect. It is what we hope for every JMT member as they participate in the IMC events. The faculty and staff at the JMT work had to try and create the best experience possible for the team members as they attend. We believe that the IMC event can serve as a great catalyst in each persons life, launching them out into new endeavors as trainers, speakers, and coaches. Even for those who attend the IMC as returning alumni often find themselves being stimulated with new ideas and directions for their lives and businesses. I hope you are now actively putting feet to the plans, dreams, and ideas that were birthed within you while you attended the IMC. And YES, the food is great as well.... especially the Key Lime Tarts. Cindy, go out and make a difference in our world.
