I had a great experience with Marlo. She worked with me to update my resume and LinkedIn profile. She gave me great advice that will help in my job search.

The career assessment tool was incredibly useful, and I found the insights for my possible career paths to be spot on. I truly enjoyed working with Nicole Ellis as a coach; she brings so much energy to every call. It's impressive how much she fits into the allotted time! No minute is wasted! I feel re-energized and excited about where my career will take me.

Jen was great and spent time helping me verbalize what I was really looking for and connecting that to the information provided in the report. She provided a TON of resources that I had no idea about and we created a realistic action plan for me to navigate the new career path I'm looking at. Jen was an active listener and was able to hone in on what I needed to be supported.

I found that my coach asked helpful questions getting me to reflect on new aspects of my search. She listened, gave good advice, and watched my responses and cues I wasn't aware I was giving for how to tailor advice.

Taking the test was helpful because is affirmed what I do for work, and also gave me the wording I need to get through the AI resume checkers. Worth the money.

It is a long test but it provides in depth results that seemed very close to who I am.

A bit expensive however super helpful. Really outlines a lot of areas and allows me to visualize where I’m at and where I can go next.

I think the quiz and report is valuable information to have if you are looking for some information on your career choices. Remember, if there is a lot of nuance in your answers, that will also be the results you get. After the career coaching I think I would have completed the quiz a little differently since I’ve now narrowed down my field of interests, but there is an opportunity to retake it. Overall satisfied with the results, and I think the coaching makes them much more valuable.
