I met with Tom, and it was a wonderful experience. We discussed my strengths and weaknesses, and most importantly, gave me clarity on how I've been steering myself in the wrong direction over the past several years. I'm going to continue with Tom, and eager to see what comes next.

Jobtest.org asked a lot of questions to get to know me and provided a detailed report about not just career fits, but also a detailed report about myself; my strengths, weaknesses, personality traits, what I like to find in a career. The report is helpful in providing direction for a career change, or in providing growth in a current career.

I was skeptical at first since everything sounded too good to be true. I took a 20 minute test and when I got to the end, it paywalls you. At first I just gave up and thought it was a scam. But then they followed up with a success coach meeting and with the opportunity to review the account created for free. After I gained access from the link they sent via email, I was shocked to see how detailed and accurate the profile was. I honestly felt more seen than I had in years and it broke down a lot of my strengths and personality traits in the workforce, as well as aspect that I can improve on and book recommendations that would give me a good start. I am shocked at how thorough everything is and that you can even go back and readjust the content if the test didn’t have things that you couldn’t select/find during the testing. Overall it’s a great platform to figure out things you’re interested in pursuing for a career and just growing your own skill set so you feel fulfilled in life a not just stuck all the time.

I feel the test is the first stepping stone that gives a generalization for you. Next my coach Sonya Mead is great, she road mapped what we will do next, and keep whittling it down and align my goals, personality, morals, along with cover letter and resume to my LinkedIn account so everything will align and lead me to a career/job. Julie was very good at focusing on what is important for resumes and how to successfully find a new career. She is knowledgable in current hiring trends and she keeps the sessions positive. It's easy to get discouraged when looking for a job but she is great at keeping you on track

I took the quiz and meet with coach Erin Howard! All I can say is being able to meet with someone and go over results and talk about goals gave me hope again! Erin was amazing! She was in engaging and helped me to see my potential with new eyes! I felt blessed to be able to meet with her and come out with options for next steps! I am grateful I decided to take the chance to step out, have a conversation and get more information to help me move forward in my own life and career goals. You won’t know until you take a chance.
