Very interesting!!! I’m in my 50s and wondering if it’s time for a career change. Highly recommend the try and get excited about what or where you might go next!!!

They sell your information. I put my phone number in their system and am immediately getting spam calls constantly since. I haven't put my phone number in ANYTHING new except this.

Elisha has been endlessly supportive and informational! So much of the job search is self-confidence, and Elisha's constant moral support and validation has been invaluable. She is also so knowledgeable, helping me narrow down the path I want to follow. I feel so hopeful and supported in finding my dream job. I no longer feel the dread of needing to settle or keep myself back from meeting my full potential!

I have been attempting a career change for a long time and getting absolutely nowhere on my own. I took the job test online and felt that the results align perfectly to my personality. I have been working with Coach Elisha Austin for about about a month now and I am very impressed with her knowledge, skills, and patience in helping me navigate my career search. Marlo is an amazing coach! She's super prepared and organized with her materials in our virtual meeting sessions. For my insecurity and concerns for the job hunting, she listened compassionately and gave helpful advice professionally. I felt heard, understood and lifted in our conversations. I really like how productive the meetings went and not a second was wasted. She's also great with email response. Of all the progress and all the plans I made for the next steps, she would respond to each of them and give super cheerful and informative comments. I felt fully supported working with Marlo. Not transparent about pricing upfront.

This is my first time working with a paid career coaching service, and I have to say that I enjoyed it tremendously! I liked the test on the website, it gave me a concise description of my strengths - and I have been using it ever since in my interviews. But the highlight of the subscription was working with a coach Marlo Ramirez! She is so resourceful, articulate, and positive! Her advice was always on point, and she was very receptive to my input. She provided amazing advice on how to negotiate a salary and also how to break into new industries and showed some tips and tricks of using LinkedIn. Overall, it's been an amazing experience, and I did get hired!;) 100% recommending working with Marlo!
