Jobscan.coReviews of jobscan.co

It helped me tailor my resume to match the job description by highlighting the most relevant parts of my education and work experience—sometimes even reminding me of qualifications I had overlooked. Especially in such a highly competitive job market, putting yourself in the shoes of a recruiter and identifying the right fit is essential. This process also encouraged me to reflect and evaluate myself with each application. I hope it proves helpful to others as well.

As a premium user of Jobscan, I appreciate the service they offer. However, I find the interface to be less intuitive than expected. Additionally, the app struggles to accurately recognise the text from my existing CV, which affects its overall usability. To put it mildly, if you need explanation videos sent by customer support for every single step or bug, and facing multiple bugs, such as manually entering work positions, company name, country and year and 1 by 1 bullet points in work experience, then lose all the work cause of the bug, in 2025 and age of AI, I believe there is significant room for improvement in the app's functionality.

Great tool! Prior to using JobScan, I applied to about 30 jobs and landed 1 interview. Afterwards, I tailored each of my resumes to jobs I applied to using this tool and got about 10 interviews from the 20 applications I applied to, resulting in 2 offers! JobScan helps your resume talk to robots as opposed to humans, which leads to a human actually reviewing your resume.

Ronel lope helped me a lot, probably "saved me" is the right word. He is an amazing customer support representative you can go to. I should probably appreciate the entire team and jobscan for their policy system.

Jobscan’s customer service is truly exceptional. I had a billing question and Ron from the support team responded quickly, clearly, and with genuine support. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful and professional support—thank you, Ron and the Jobscan team! I’ll definitely keep Jobscan in mind for my future job searches and highly recommend them based on the outstanding service alone.

Jobscan teammates were very helpful with helping me through the job search process. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance they would go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Jobscan to assist with job searching. It really made a difference.

The tool is easy to use and I think it’s important to have at least 75% match to get past ATS readers…which jobscan helps achieve
