Ordered the couple rings for our wedding. On the receipt it is recommended time frame of 8-12 business days. The time has passed and the tracking still says in preparation. I message them through facebook to be told to wait 15-23 days which is a lie as my receipt says 8-12 and stated on their website it also says that. I have been contacting them for a while they asked if i would wait a few more days i agreed and asked for a time frame but they did not answer my question. I have now contacted multiple times to cancel my order and i am being ignored. I am seriously not happy , i would not bother ordering from this company. Ordered on the 26/10/2024 and been contacting since the 04/11/2024 i have waited the 8-12 days as it says on the receipt but still the tracking has not changed. Now having to fight for my money back.

I ordered a ring and paid for expedited shipping to the US (4-6) days. The item was supposedly shipped on 10/30 and it is now 11/7 = 9 days. I've requested a refund of the expedited shipping cost as the timeframe is clearly within the "free shipping" timeframe. Two days ago tracking noted the item left their Illinois facility to be received by the USPS. The post office hasn't received it yet. Were they driving it to the NY post office? I'll take the blame for not realizing this is a company in China, had I known I would not have ordered.

Well, what can I say? The ring arrived within the stated timescale, is beautiful, and came in a lovely box with a cleaning cloth. They sent emails when the order status was updated and even followed up with an email to check that it had been delivered ok. My experience was a whole lot better than others who have posted here.

Made an order for 2 rings. Seems like it might have went through 2 times. No way to find out but it was for a substantial amount.

This company are bandits I ordered a sterling silver aquamarine necklace and it is still in the post at some carriers.Never to surface ! Disgusted.It was supposed to be a birthday present

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I got an angel wings ring to replace one that I thought I had lost; well I ended up finding my ring and canceled my order within 24 hours. Their site states customers have 48 to cancel. The company only wants to refund a partial amount instead of cancelling when I haven't even received an order confirmation much less a shipping confirmation.

I purchased two rings there are amazing and beautiful very good experience from the past and now. Love it❤️

I purchased a ring and paid for expedited shipping. I still have yet to receive my product. They have no way real way to contact them for issues aside from email, which is now the new snail mail. This company is horrible and should be investigated for fraud.
