One product that I’ve tried and I adore is their face wash,”That Hit Single”. I have lost count on how many I have purchased, for myself and to gift the family and friends. But what I so appreciate, is that one time where I had a delivery issue with my order, all I did was call in and the problem was resolved instantly. I was so impressed with their customer service. Impeccable! Thank you.

I received her skincare system for Christmas and am AMAZED at the results. I get compliments on my skin non stop! My favorite product is THAT JLO GLOW SERUM, but everything is wonderful. I also love THAT FRESH TAKE EYE CREAM because you can use it on your eyelids and most eye creams on the market say to avoid eyelids and eyelids get wrinkly too! Another great product is THAT STAR FILTER. I mix a few drops with my body lotion and instantly look luminous, tanned and more toned. Customer service is on point and friendly. Shipping is fast.

It always is GREAT i just wish that sometimes give us clients a 25% off and not have to have a subscription to have more delivered after the first order with in 90 days, some of us it last longer than 90 days but i love her n her products cause they really work..I am 75 years old n people do not believe me, thats how long I have been using them i use to order them from Sephora cause it did not take that long to get it to me..Try Jlo products you will not be disappointed 🥰

They understood my concern and kept their promise to their customer policy and terms of service with respect to the cancellation policy of the automatic subscription plan. I appreciate that they were quick to respond and provide me with a cancellation email. I love shopping JLo Beauty but on my terms without being enrolled in an automatic subscription service.
