The personnel at J&K are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the bedroom suite I purchased and was impressed with the staging of furniture. The process used to determine the kind of mattress to purchase was excellent! Really like this store!

To begin, I am very surprised we were asked to review this company. We have been asked, did not plan to write a review, and will be honest. We purchased a condo in Garden City Beach the beginning of January 2019. About 800 square feet and wanted to make major renovations and purchase new furnishings. We began our quest to find exactly what we wanted for the small space and began at J&K Home Furnishings. Over the last 35 years we have furnished large homes in the Outer Banks, NC, The Villages, FL and know both areas quite well. We are new to the Grand Strand market. We walked in the door and the female sales person approached us. We explained we needed several pieces and would like to look around. We sat in recliners that were by the door, she came over to us asking us to stand up so she could show us how nice it looked with a couch. She proceeded to drag it to the couch. Again, we explained we'd like to walk around and she was insistent we had to sit on the couch. We walked out. This may be an isolated case and why we didn't submit a review before. We worked with another store in Garden City and love our furniture. We were allowed to look, sit, and feel and when we wanted help, we let them know. This was not the case in this store.

The salesman told me when my furniture would be in, it came in early and they delivered it early. Very professional delivery men!

At J&K I bought a dual Italian leather recliner for TV viewing. Excellent quality and comfort. The moment I walked into J&K and looked around, I knew I was in the right place for quality and class. I have yet to see any other place who can really compare. They are definitely upscale. However, they're always advertising a discount. BS! You can do better. Just don't be afraid to negotiate. They'll listen...
