Stumbled upon to it on IG and I shopped from their website. Ordered on August 13th, received everything in good packaging on September 6th. Everything i received were true to size (dresses and tops) according to the measurements on their website. The customer services reply back within 24 hours and they give you gift cards on most reviews. It's brilliant strategy. Totally recommend this site as the materials and the customer services are both in good quality.

I ordered my dresses on August 21th, because I have a travel plan on September 13th. I thought it would be enough time for them to ship it to me. Today is September 7th. Still on the way.

I recently ordered from J.ING and when my item came, the material was completely different than advertised on their website. I attempted to return but was told the item was ineligible due to sale, regardless of the fact that it was completely different than what was advertised.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I bought three pairs of jeans from their website. Two of them smelled really bad. When I request a return, they charge a $7.99 shipping fee. This is unheard of and ridiculous. A response to their "response": Just because you put $7.99 in the fine print on your return policy website does not make your company any less ridiculous for doing so. This is a disgrace and unethical. Please AVOID!
