I would definitely never buy from this website again. I placed an order on 09/26/21 and spoke with customer service (i.e., chat); I was told my items would be shipped and the order status still reflects "unfulfilled", I still have yet to hear back from customer service, mind you I spent almost $300. I was really excited and now I feel like I just got robbed. Buyer beware. Its best to buy from somewhere else.

The dress finally arrived! I was worried the company was a scam, but it just took a long time. I am happy with the quality of the dress.

J.ing sells fashionable clothing at an affordable price. You should check sizing measurements for specific garments thought. Depending on when you order, you may have to wait awhile but I have always found their customer service to be responsive and helpful.

I’ve ordered from J.ing two times. Both times the shipping and delivery took forever. I had to email the customer service so many times because the tracking number they sent me did not get updated or let me see the status. They need to be crystal clear about their shipping takes a long time.

I placed an order almost 40 days ago, and most of my order hasn't shipped out yet. I did purchase one pre-order item, so I expected some wait. However, waiting this long is ridiculous, especially since their estimated shipping date is always wrong. I contacted support 4 times, and each time, they pushed back the day for when my pre-order item would arrive at their warehouse. I didn't want to wait anymore and asked them to take off the pre-order item last Thursday, but my order has yet to be shipped out. I had purchased some clothes meant for hot weather, so it's very disappointing that I'll probably get them when it's already cold outside. I do not recommend unless you want to risk having such a long wait.
