Order #178234 Honestly, the clothes are beautiful and have a great quality, they don’t feel stretchy and poor quality like shein , these are nice looking and feeling clothes, the style is beautiful and unique as their marketing ads show. As for the shipping and order fulfillment, it is a different story, my order took 2 weeks to even get a shipping label and other 2 weeks to get to me (luckily, I got my clothes the 24th), I understand this makes sense as the clothes come from CN, but wouldn’t it be a little more convenient to charge a little extra for a quicker shipping method?

Order #172127 My order says it was delivered and then apparently sent back to their warehouse for some reason and I never saw it anywhere deliveries. I emailed customer service multiple times and they just kept sending me the same copy and paste message about my message being shipped and contact customer service again which I did MULTIPLE TIMES, same response every time, won't give me a refund for something they never even sent Called their customer service number, they cut my line about 7 times every time I connected to customer service without saying a word. Don't even waste your time.

I received my order in 1.5 month. Shipping was very long, clothes are good quality but it usually hit or miss. Sizes are inconsistent. I wear Xs but I have to buy S from J.ING. My friend wears S and I bought her a medium size dress from J.ING and it was too small for her.

Though the delivery is so long about 2-3 weeks, i'm satisfied of them.

They quality is average for the amounts you paid. You need to pick your items carefully. It could be a hit or a miss. I got a really cute high quality sweater and a not so good cardigan at the same time. Return the cardigan and keep the sweater.

Order #191033. I ordered from Jing.US without looking at any reviews. I ordered a top on December 19th and even payed extra for faster shipping. Upon clicking on the link to track my package, it said that my package was not found. After reading all these bad reviews I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my package now.

I ordered something on 11/19, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered.

Its a fake website to buy clothes.. Omg i order November 27 now is December 23 and i not received yet...i plan to wear that clothes on Xmas day and now everything is suck..unbelievable.. Never buy anything in here again 👎
