The quality is okay for the price. The best thing about the items were the fittings. For someone on the petite side with shirt legs and shorts arms, they were quite flattering. Also the colors and tone pretty much are the same as the ones in the pictures.

Placed my first order on December 23, 2021. December 24th received a shipping email, which was quick, considering it was a holiday week. Tracking for this order has been stuck at "label created" as of 1/31/2022. I've tried emailing, calling, no response, no one picks up. I would like a refund, order #192838. Update 2/1/22: Label was created in UPS (in the US), which generally has few issues updating. Refund was processed only after posting a review on Trust Pilot.

I have had no problems at all with J.ING. everything I've ordered has been as it is pictured and everything is well made. I was hesitant to order something from an Instagram ad but I'm glad I did! Everything I've worn from here gets a lot of compliments :) it took a while to get my orders but I live in Canada so I expected that

The clothing quality is not bad and what I ordered was really cute. Tracking the shipping was kind of difficult since it did not update most of the time but everything came after 10 days of ordering. I would recommend trying the brand.

Awful… honestly i wouldn’t bother; I paid for expedited shipping almost $20 the package has been sitting for one week with no movement… every time i message them they say it’s on the way… i’m not sure this is a ligit company
