Every piece I've gotten from jing has always become a new staple in my closet! The products always match the images and the quality is always even better in person whether it is their knit tops, silky blouses, tweed skirts, or faux leather bottoms. There are never loose stitches or flaws and their sizing charts are always thorough so I don't have to do much guesswork since they include bust, waist, shoulder, etc. instead of just one sizing. They could however expand their sizing a bit and they do have a couple of pieces that are one size. My first order also was taking a bit too long for shipping, so I emailed customer service and got a response a bit later. I ended up getting my original shipment a few days later although there was no tracking information, and then another shipment that I think customer service tried to send out when I emailed came a few weeks later so I ended up with two of everything which I wasn't mad about. TL;DR their pieces are amazing in quality and have tons of designs-- there might be some flaws in shipping, but my overall experience has been great!

Please don't order from this website. If you are already, please don't reorder. If the customers want to return an item, they have to email back and forth with customer care several times. Why did you do that with your customers?? We want to return the items that we can not use, we don't want to waste our time to email you and read your email. All we need are the buttons we can click and the options to choose to return. We don't want to email you and email you the option that we want. You have to made things easier for your customers who bring the benefit and money to your company. You try to made everything complicated and charge the customers $7.99 if the customers want their money back from original payment. You answer the customers like a machine with no emotions and careless. I rather lost 7.99 to get my money back and never order anything form you than get the giftcard which is equal amount that I returned. I want to tell everyone who read my reviews that please don't trust this website ( j.ingus.com). Don't order from them you will regret if you try to return. It was my nightmare experience.

As a customer in Canada, the shipping is already fast and delivered on time. The products are over my expectations overall with great quality. I will buy again for sure!

J. ING is the worst online clothing shopping experience I have ever had. When you place an order, you expect immediate confirmation of the order. When you are charged for the order, you expect the order to be shipped. When the order is finally updated for shipping, you expect to receive the items in the order. These are reasonable expectations, right? But J. ING did not meet any of these expectations. My order was confirmed days after I was charged for it. It was not shipped weeks after the confirmation. When the order finally arrived, it was missing one of the two items I purchased. Not to mention that during the process, I was bombarded with multi-emails/messages from J.ING with all kinds of promotions going on. Most of the promotions, for example, $109 for 3 items, never worked. The links did not work. The promotion price did not reflect in my shopping bag. "Over promising and under delivering" describes best my experience with J. ING. I believe they are struggling with their supply chain and inventory management. A lot of the clothes shown on their website are not actually available. I gave it a 2-star review.

Black Satin High Waist Midi Skirt Order: 246149 this skirt is pretty and long. the material is thick and not see through. However, the zipper gives me a hard time to pull it up

The company is gone. They are still collecting payment on order but order never ship out. Check its Instagram for people with the same experience. So sad I used to like shopping on J.ing!

I bought these in both brown and white colors. The brown is more of a reddish brown. The material isn't the greatest but decent for its price. The frame is a little narrow for my rounder face shape.
