J.INGReviews of jingus.com

Product: White Round Neck Scarf Print T-shirt Title: Recommendation Rating: 5 This one is pretty much good quality. Material is skin-friendly and really comfy. Design also looks great.

Impossible to return, bad customer service

Jing's clothing is quite reasonably priced. Quality on average is good. There are certain times may not be ideal but their customer service team is willing to help. Really meaning you find the right person. In general they're striving to do good. I got the safety pants from them and a couple of dresses. Overall is good. If you're afraid of returning item oversea, they offer eco return which is not a bad option.

Shipping takes a month and they make it so difficult to make a return. Not worth it.

The product sooooo bad and if you wanna return you need pay shipping fee $7.99 even bad qulity！ And if you wanna refund you maybe wait 3month. I bought May 4th，and recieve June 12， Return June 15th， they recieved June 28th. Today is July 12th I still not get my money back！ So sad shopping order # 251081 I send email yesterday! But you have time check review , no time check my email?

I received the product and the quality is not expect and described. I contact customer service, but no response.

I have placed 2 orders from J.ing. Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks. I also did 1 return and the whole process was easy. I received the store credit as soon as the item was received by them. I am planning to order more in the future because their styles are so cute.
