I have placed my order in early January and still have not receive my package. Emailed twice, commented in their Instagram and dm them and still no response. 🙄 Update:. I have cancelled my order and received the refund. They didn't reply to my message and email until I threatened to report then to the AGO and report fraud to my bank. I also find the excatly same product on Tao Bao at half the price. Do yourself a favor, DON'T order from this site.

I placed an order during the first week of January. Up until now, I have not gotten my order. I have also made several complaints and inquiries through their website and email, but there has been no reply at all! It is so frustrating. I have ordered from them before, and the items did arrive. But the experience this time was just so bad and unacceptable! if the delivery is going to be delayed at least send an update to me or cancel the order and give a refund.

This company is very mismanaged and disorganized. They took over two months to ship my things without any warning. When I tried to return my items they ignored all my emails. If you check on their Facebook page tons of other people are experiencing the same thing. Do not buy from this company. The quality of their clothes is also very poor and not like their photos.

Do not buy from this brand! I placed an order January the 3rd and it still hasn't been shipped. Also the seller doesn't answer to my emails and the tracking number doesn't work.

If there is 0 star or minus star, I would give to this company. I did my research on this company before purchasing the items. I based on Trust Pilot reviews (with more than 45% of 5 stars and highly recommend this company), I trusted Trust Pilot (now I’m regretting) even though there were some 1 star with poor customer services. I thought well that’s ok, maybe they will be different with me. I ignored those reviews with my stupidity. And now I’m paying for it!! I am angry and frustrated. I’m upset and hating myself for trusting those 5 stars reviews too easily!! I placed my order ($200AUD worth) before Christmas last year, hoping it would arrived before Xmas. I knew it was high season so I was very careful to prepare it way ahead. I have been waiting forever. Worried up and down, I then sent them many messages-emails. None was replied. I realised it is a SCAM COMPANY after doing more research, read more reviews and found hundreds of comments on its Facebook with the same situation as mine. I don’t understand why those 5 stars reviews were approved?!??? Not sure if they are real customers or paid partners from JingUs to comment like this?!! So please Everyone be very careful and stay away from this company if you don’t want to loose your money!!! Trust Pilot please kindly investigate those 5 stars reviews so that no one will be like me! Thank you

They are scammers, they have orders for 4 months. they do not answer my email… I’m very ungry

Placed an order Feb. 8, but never received any updates, so I sent an email. No response. Sent another email, no response. Tried calling their customer care number but no one picks up. Reading all of these other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one. I think this company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Can’t believe I ordered since last year and over 1.5 months now still no order updated and not even arrived . After the first few emails response stated due to high demand will delay ,when I asked for refund , then no response after that !!
