I ordered items in early December which I did not receive. I did get an email indicating the company is in an area impacted by Covid and there would be delays (which is understandable). After 2 months, I asked for a refund with no response. I've hit the 3 month mark now and have not received a response or my items!

Beware. If you go to their Instagram comments you’ll see hundreds of comments of people who never received their items, they don’t respond to customer service emails or calls. I ordered a dress here for my wedding & it never came. So unfortunate.

WORST CHINESEE SITE!! A SCAM! I PAID 70 CHF AND DID NOT RECIEVE THE ITEMS. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND. I LOST MY MONEY, AND DID NOT RECIEVE THE PRODUCTS.

They are a scam! Ordered in January, we are now in March. No update from them. Asked my bank to help me get a refund because their customer care doesn’t reply any of the emails.

I ordered three dresses from this website in the beginning of February 2023, but never got the items. I send several emails to the website but no respond as well. It has been a month waiting but the status of order never changed and keep showing as waiting for shipment on their website. I can't believe how this kind website is still on market. Do not buy from this website. I wish I knew sooner.

Ordered 3rd February. Never got it shipped. Never got a notification of shipment. And when contacting customer service email, no response. I literally found what I needed from AliExpress and they actually ship. The same stuff Jingus has, has AliExpress too. Keep your money and don't buy from this website.

I ordered 3 times before with Jingus. Everything went smoothly even though they do not process return, I still took their offer for partial refund for the item I am not pleased with and 40% off for next purchase. However, my latest order placed on December 27,2022 have not even been processed and I wrote them many emails to ask if I can have estimated delivery date and they said because they have high volume of order so they have not been able to fulfill my order yet. I asked them for a refund because they failed to give me an estimated time. In business, you must have a deadline and if you don’t meet it you are supposed to give the customer their money back for not being reliable. The did not respond to me at all and I wait another month which is in total 2 months after my purchase, I have even received a tracking number. I am extremely disappointed by their poor customer service and how they are managing their order fulfillment. If they do not get their supplies for 6 months supposedly, am I waiting for them for 6 months? Which business let their customer sitting there waiting for their product for 6 months straight and refuse to process a refund when it is clearly their mistake?
