I don't usually write reviews, but I think I got scammed? It seems like a legitimate website but my order never shipped. I also emailed the contact on the PayPal account (sunjhua at jingus.cn) but no response either.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS. I’m still Waiting for a package. It’s been a month. Not even shipped. Costumer service doesn’t exist. Never again

Same experience as other people mentioned below, I had ordered some clothes from the website since the Thanksgiving of last year. Afterwards, I have never got my clothes and can't find the customer service phone number, either. All emails never been replied, horrible shopping experience. The company seems a scammer.

It's been almost a month since I placed my order. The status is still awaiting shipment. My emails, Facebook messages are not replied at all… customer service is nonexistent… worst experience ever! Please don't buy from this website!

I asked for a refund, which they placed. It's been 10+ business days and they still didn't return my money and I've sent multiple emails- no response. Super shady people

Same experience all of you, I have been ordered from this website three times since Thanksgiving last year, first time I received partial my order, and then not received anything else, customer service phone number never been picked up, email never been reply, horrible shopping experience.

Similar experience to what others have already recently written about. I made an order in early December 2022. Three months later my order never shipped. Now I'm reaching out to my credit card company to get the charge disputed. The J.ING website continues to promote and sell all the items in my order without any hesitation. If the company is having inventory issues, then they should stop selling items that are clearly months and months backlogged or they should at least warn potential customers of the serious delays with their inventory. Any respectable and honest retail company would do that. They are continuing to take orders and then hold customers hostage for months on end.

didn't received my Jan order yet. No email reply at all. I have bought several times, but it went wired since 2023. Like a scam for me now. Buyer be careful.
