I absolutely LOVE JSC! I first learned about them from an ad in a cab while visiting NYC. That ad definitely did its job because we added finding that store in Grand Central Station to our itinerary! I built the cutest NYC charm bracelet and bought gifts! We are coming back for another Christmas NYC visit and this time I pre-ordered a Broadway ticket charm and input all of our specific show details. I can’t wait to give these to my girls! I included in the notes of my order that this order was six different gifts, and I would like a set up for each one. It arrived better than I could have imagined! So thorough and thoughtful! They even included 6 JSC tissue papers folded in airplanes! 6 handwritten notes! Just wonderful customer service!

the charms are beautiful. jet set candy did not disappoint.

My wife loves the charm bracelet I got her from JetSet. Thank you!

Awesome packaging and arrived in perfect condition. I really enjoy stacking these two adorable mini charms onto my sterling silver chains (Mini Airplane, Mini YVR tag). It was hard to order just two!

I have been a customer for years and love their charms and bracelets. The whole bracelet system with links that open is genius!!! I’ll never go back to another style again. My latest obsession is the mini’s both in silver and gold. I find the shipping time is accurate and back ordered items generally arrive at the date listed or I am offered a refund if I don’t want to wait if the time is extended. JSC is also very innovative, they have charms that you wouldn’t even think about (National parks, food, bike, auto) and I love supporting a small business too.

I love jetsetcandy and look forward to buying more.

I ordered an item in February of 2026. It was backordered and supposed to ship in April, and then I received communication that it was still on backorder and won’t ship until May. Now, as of May 29, 2026, the item won’t ship until the end of June. I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Ordered a toblerone charm on 21st May and arrived in Scotland on 28th (which I think is a good turnaround time). The packaging was lovely and the charm is perfect, even better than I could’ve hope for. Will def order again, I’m a very happy customer.
