Ordered a simple charm. After I ordered they told me that it would 12 weeks to get charm. Later they changed their checkout page to say it could be up to 12 weeks to get a custom order. My charm was not. Beee very careful when doing business with this company.

The charms I ordered were cute. The “pearl” necklace looks very cheap. The pearls are not knotted, but rather jammed together so that it doesn’t lie flat. And the paper clip necklace is very very lightweight. Shipping was slow, very slow. I received an email that part of my order was on back order but it didn’t indicate which part. I also had an item on my invoice that I had not ordered. Information about the charms does not indicate that they must be taken to a jeweler to be installed on the necklace(s). You will not be able to wear your items immediately and will incur an additional charge to have a jeweler solder the charms onto the necklaces or bracelets. Response times to questions varied from a day to several days.
