I'm like all other customers who have posted on here...I should have read all reviews prior to ordering! I've paid for an item and no response when emailing to ask where my order is. They mislead customers with fast shipping...that is far from the truth. I ordered product Monday, account still says awaiting shipping on Friday evening, even though I chose 1-4 day shipping. My credit card has been charged, but no contact back from company about where my product is. I will never do business with this company again and I encourage other people to pay the extra $100 for the same item at better company. Really disappointed and angry!

So they sent me my tracking number after I posted on here and i do my research so b4 u buy look at all these comments about how long it takes after they say it takes 1 to 4 days and of course that's a lie it should have been here Friday due to Thanksgiving on Thursday but nope wont be here till dec 3rd and I was curious and looked up where they are based out of and this is what I found We are based out of Florida and we have warehouses in California, Nevada, Colorado and New Jersey , And we have set up local warehouse in the Unted Kingdom, France, Canada and Australia . so that we can deliver your products to you much faster. We ship all orders within 24 hours through DHL or USPS with a tracking number to help you track your order. We also provide 100% Free Shipping in very discreet plain brown boxes. That being said then why is my package in Hong Kong and I live in the United states if they wanted faster shipping why Hong Kong 1st of all second of all it says nothing about Hong Kong and this one I will leave up and will not delete so everytime someone looks at the review they can see why not buy from here and just get it from Amazon and if u dont want to do that u can order from hismith it's cheaper and we know it only takes 3 to 7 days threw them unless u r a prime member then u can have it in 2 days just do not go here for your stuff go else where

A lot of people have the same. 3 days ago I ordered still no confirmation of shipping and customer service do not respond. They promise shipping within 24 hours and delivery within 4. Absolute rubbish when it's still awaiting shipping after 3 days. Will try and contact them again in a couple days. Or hopefully they will respond when they see this. Update. Now 6 days after purchase date and still no tracking number or sign of item and says still awaiting shipping. Only reply I get from CS is "we've shipped it and waiting on the tracking number from the shipping company" this is very poor customer service and once they have your money don't seem to care and push the blame to someone else. They don't seem to take any responsibility or urgency to chase it up.

Order still says waiting for shipping after 3 days. Emailed about concerns but never got a response. Fix it now 19100216520349 2 Days Later customer service let me know they shipped my equipment out yet I still don't have a tracking number. Do not buy from these people they are a scam Another day another lie. Still no tracking number even though customer service email me 3 days ago and said they sent my equipment. Seems to be quite common, I ordered almost 4 days ago now and it is still awaiting shipping, even tho they say they ship within 24 hours of the payment. I also emailed they're support team twice about a different problem with my order and never got a response. Hopefully I can eventually rewrite a better review cause I was excited for my machine Order #19093013001722

I have emailed jessky a few times now about an issue with my machine and no response. I’ve only had it a little over 2 weeks. I emailed the photos and video of issues. I’m hopeful to get a response this way to get it resolved. Please Jessky respond since I can’t find any phone number to reach you. My order number is 19090508110239 . I have continued to email with no response and no other contact information. Very frustrated.

I wish I had read reviews first! I don't know how they are still in business. They never sent my product out- No refund No explanation, No product. I really thought they went out of business So I was mad and I gave them all info and ordered again. Its been six days and nothing. Call BBD
