I have ordered a product almost a week ago. Never received a confirmation email. After the weekend decided to email. I was given a tracking number for Royal Mail. 4 days later still waiting for the product to be shipped. Update: I have received the machine and all parts a few days later. The delivery took closer to 7 working days I would say. Jessky has always responded my emails, so I knew the product was being delivered. You have to be patient, it’s a great toy and worth the wait! Happy playing!

Late shipping, but product seems fine.

OK, final review: so the product arrived and is very decent quality for the price I paid (which was not a lot). Despite the website saying they ship within 24 hours, and having paid for express shipping (1-4 days maximum), the product didn't arrive until 11 days later. I was out of the country then, so had to arrange for a friend to take the delivery. If I'd known it would have taken that long I wouldn't have bought it! To apologise, Jessky sent a free gift which was also high quality (as they didn't seem willing to issue a refund for the cost of fast shipping). After looking at the other reviews, it's clear Jessky knows full well that what they send out won't arrive in the time promised, which is ridiculous. I also had to email back and forth to get updates on what was happening with my parcel. So they lose a star for those things. Ultimately, if you're not in a rush to get items from Jessky, then I would tentatively recommend them, as their prices are astronomically low for what you get, and the machine I bought is good quality. I don't know if I'll buy from them again, as I'm not a fan of them dishonestly promising express shipping and taking money for it. The broken English is also very strange in their emails, and is the main reason why after not hearing updates I thought it was a scam. So Jessky: be honest about how long items will take to ship, and have a fluent English speaker write your emails!

I'm here to take back my review,jessky did send my order and I finally received it yesterday and from what the Mrs. Said everything was there in perfect condition and the only thing I ask in the future with jessky is be more communicative with your customers on their orders,it help when people want to purchase your products instead of ordering elsewhere,thx

Bonjour, le produit est de bonne qualité, bien qu'un des élément soit arrivé légèrement endommagé... dommage. Autre problème il devait y avoir deux gods noirs, l'un ne l'était pas mais semble correspondre au niveau de la taille... La livraison a mis plus de temps que prévu (pour l’expédition principalement) sinon le délai du trajet fut respecté. Je recommande ce site mais condamne le manque de réactivité du service client.

I haven't received my machine yet but I am not sure my wife ordered it she is going to get it for me for my birthday customer service here was awesome I was worried that the machine would not work anally me and my wife are heavy into Pegging I know a butt is tighter than a vagina and he assured me that it works awesome for anal sex soon as I get it and use it I will write a review on all of their customer service and how the machine works

I recently made a review As yall might see I just left a review giving 1 star for jessky. I was contacted by them and am going to receive a partial refund. It does help. I am glad they got in contact with me and it was fixed. They are now a much better company in my eyes while they were helping to fix a wrong. I tried to delete my old review but cant so this is my actual thought point on them
