The machine is really great for the price, had some minor issues with my first order but customer service was quick to make things right. I think the best thing about it is how quiet it is, no need to worry about your neighbors hearing anything.

Got my order and my machine was missing parts. After emailing customer support and waiting a few days they were able to resolve my issue by letting me know that there was a second package I was receiving with the parts. Andy was very friendly and helpful and reassured me that the package was on its way.

Although my item was delayed due to a busy period there was good communication and updates from Jessky. The product is very good value for money and I would not hesitate to buy again even if there was a delay.

We understand and sympathize with your frustration. Please rest assured that we accept full responsibility for this oversight and are committed to rectifying the situation and providing you with appropriate compensation. Kindly check your inbox for further communication from us. We would also be happy to discuss this further over the phone if this is convenient for you. Purchased a product from this company over a year ago. Had some issues with it, and they were just amazing. They helped troubleshoot and unfortunately (due to my own fault) the product was not fixable. They worked so good with me to purchase the same product at a lower price because I didn't need everything that came with the original product. Amazing customer service top notch!!!

Great fun we love it exactly what we wanted

I ABSOLUTELY love the machine! It's quite, heavy enough to stay in place for a vigorous workout and handles any size toy I attach to it. I would recommend it to everyone.
