This is a great site to purchase wigs from. I own over 10 of them. Amazing quality and great prices. Their customer service is top notch as well.

This is the first time I’ve experienced a company go above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my wig. It was exactly what I wanted! They even sent photos beforehand to confirm everything, responded quickly to emails, the quality was top notch, and shipping was fast. This is now my go-to place for wigs.

Amazing hair! Natural, healthy, long-lasting, and styled well. Customer service is top notch and order processing is quick! Thank u!!!

Excellent communication! Great customization. I got a beautiful blonde wig that is so soft and luscious you could never tell the difference. Everyone thinks it’s real! These guys are amazing

This site does not allow customers to post honest reviews. I had the most horrible experience with this site and I hope to warn future customers. Please search & search online before purchasing from any company, but especially Jessie’s Wig. The wigs sold at Jessie’s Wig look *NOTHING* like what you will get in the mail. They are the Temu of wigs. It was a joke. There was a beautiful wig called Maxine, a rich dark brown ombré. You know what I got? Black doll hair with HUGE orange stripes that were supposed to be highlights. It was like a 12 year old did them. What is equally horrendous is the 30 chain email (yes, 30 messages long!) I had with them to get a wig returned & refunded. They argued with me (or were very pushy) about an exchange. They had already sold me two wigs that were like playing Opposite Day. I said I would absolutely not do an exchange because they couldn’t even correctly sell the products listed from their website. I don’t know how these people are in business. Then, they didn’t refund me when they got my package. I had to stay on them. I think they were trying to drag things out until the 30 days. I got too exhausted to make another return because I did need a wig for an event. People just looked at me weird. It was so shiny. I tried to post a review on Jessie’s Wig site with photos. I would love to show photos here. If you could see my photos, you would break your foot running from this wig site.

I was so scared to buy my first human hair wig but customer service helped me every step of the way and answered any questions I had. They were so polite and patient and even suggested a wig to help me save money. When I received my package in the mail I was stunned! The packaging was beautiful, the wig was gorgeous and they even had some extra goodies in the box with the wig. I probably asked around 100 questions as soon as I got my wig but not once did I ever get the feeling like I was bothering them. I wore my wig to a salon to have them help me style it back after I had washed it and even my experienced hair stylist said “Wow. This is great hair.” and assured me it was definitely human hair (she could tell by the way it responded to heat). Lastly, I have received so many compliments on my hair. No one was able to tell it was a wig!! I am so grateful to have found this company!!!

Custom wig is exactly what I wanted. Great communication. Hard to describe color over internet; we went back and forth until we were both satisfied - and they nailed it! Perfect! Thank you.

I love my hair. Perfect fit, perfect color, and it's so soft. I will definitely be buying again.
