Beautiful wig with soft human hair in a gorgeous color. Ships very quickly. They even included some little gifts with the wig. Great customer service.

Great customer service. Wig came fairly quickly (especially for a custom wig). I get so many compliments! I just ordered 2 more and am excited to see how they turn out!

I ordered in June and received a wig that was NOTHING like what was shown on the website. The hair is definitely not 100% human hair, it's definitely mixed with a lot of synthetic hair. Ive been asking for a returns process and refund for weeks and they have just insisted on an exchange option or are trying to convince me that it's a great colour and I should just keep this smelly, ugly coloured, poor quality wigs. I now see that They actually steal wig photos and videos from other reputable wig companies and claim them as their own. A complete scam!!!

The ladies doing the customer service should get 10/10 stars. We have literally almost mastered the perfect wig to look IDENTICAL to my REAL hair. They have customized to my exact liking from the perfect root, length and colors!!!

Excellent purchase! I’m so pleased with this wig. I’ve lost my hair to chemo therapy and this wig makes me not so sad about it. WORTH THE MONEY!

I love my new wig! The first wig I ordered wasn’t what I was expecting (much darker) and I felt frustrated but their customer service was AMAZING. They were extremely kind and worked with me to get a wig to make me happy. They sent lots of pictures so I knew what I was getting and were very understanding . They also expedited shipping at no cost to me so I could get my new wig asap.

Will not be ordering from this company again. The wigs are decent quality, I’ve purchased two from them. My issue is with how unprofessional they are. Their website states that they have a “no reason needed” return policy as long as it’s within a certain time window, is unworn, and in the original packaging. I meet those requirements yet I have been going back and forth with them for over a month trying to return a wig. They even went as far as saying they would be fired if I returned my wig because it was “too much money”. They hassled me into accepting a replacement wig with a partial refund for the original. Still waiting on both. Absolutely ridiculous.
