I recently ordered a wig from Jessie’s Wigs, and while the shipping was delayed (took about 2 ½ weeks), once I contacted customer service, they monitored every step of the delivery. The CSR was very attentive and on top of things, which I really appreciated. The wig arrived in a sturdy box (much better than the bags other companies often use) and came with the usual extras, wig caps, hair clips, and accessories. The wig itself is good quality, but not ready to wear right out of the box. I had to pluck it, create baby hairs, trim the lace (which I accidentally cut too short.. oops), and cut the ear tabs. Definitely not the most beginner-friendly if you don’t have experience with wig customization, but the end result was beautiful. The customer service is awesome at Jessie’s wigs. They always replied to my emails, inquiries and questions. They never missed a beat. I had a piece custom made, complete with small wig cap, and they made it exactly to my description. I picked a hairstyle and picked the color I wanted and they put it all together into this incredible looking piece of hair. The hair quality is impeccable, soft, shiny and I will never order from another place besides Jessie’s. You won’t be disappointed.

The wig didn't meet my expectations, it was completely different from the picture. I decided to return it. OMG, what a nightmare. THIS IS SOME SCAM…. It took over a month to get it shipped back and then they kept procrastinating about my refund. Now they say “oh it’s lost in warehouse and money is frozen so I can’t reimburse you”. Now I’m reaching out to the business bureau to get them to stop stealing from innocent buyers. I order one because going thru chemotherapy and this is what I’m fighting with besides my battle!! STAY AWAY! Please Don’t Do It!!! Horrible

Hi dear ,we are really sorry about the inconvenience. after received your request to return the hair, we have send you address to return the hair on 12th, we send many message and email to you but didn't get reply and then you open dispute to frozen the money. after you send us the return trakcing number on 30th, we found the package has been delivered on 18th. then we have asked my warehouse to find the package for us. we don't mean the package was lost in our warehouse, we mean though they haven't give us reply about the returned package, we will still apply refund for you. but because you contact klarna to open dispute, the money is frozen,we hope you can close the dispute then refund you. open dispute can't solve any problem.

The wig was just okay and didn't meet our expectations. We decided to return it. OMG, what a nightmare. THIS IS SOME CHINA COMPANY! It took over a month to get it shipped back and then they kept procrastinating about our refund. We ended up having to contact our credit card company to dispute the charge and that was the only way we got our money back. STAY AWAY!

The website was easy to order from. The wig very beautiful and I like that they sent a picture of the wig finished. The quality of the wig was great. The wig cap fit me well and the lace was undetectable. I will be buying another wig.
