The wig I tried to buy for two days…
The wig I tried to buy for two days that they advertised consistently was actually not evens product they sell. Horrible experience and they are not in the US! Buyer beware! Buy US!

Trying to return a wig that was not…
Trying to return a wig that was not acceptable. The return process is anything but easy. The phone number on the website does not have voicemail set up. I reached out to them and they gave me a WhatsApp number which isn’t answered by anyone and there’s just a squeal. We have an email address, but no one answers it and there’s a timeline on when you can send your wig back. So if they don’t answer me in time and I pass their number of days, I’m stuck with a wig that’s not acceptable and won’t work for me. Their customer service is a joke. I’ve learned a great big lesson and I’ll never spend another penny with this company.

The wigs are nothing as advertised and there is no professionalism when handling issues or concerns of customers. Then after everything they try to blame the customer publicly as response to review or bartering for customers to remove their honest review.

I will never order hair from this place…
I will never order hair from this place again first off the hair was not the same color as pictured second the hair sheds horribly. And I take very good care of my wigs and brush them thoroughly with the comb that was provided and the wig has balding spots already in less than a month for paying that amount for this wig they should be ashamed of themselves. Very unsatisfied will never order from these people again

Buyer Beware! Scam vibes
I haven’t received the wigs I ordered or even the tracking information though I have emailed and requested it many times via their customer service email. The company only makes excuses about why I haven’t received my order and then asks you to purchase more product. I have had to open a formal dispute through Paypal to try and get my money back.

Do not order from here they use other companies photos
the wig i recieved is litterally nothing like the photo i ordered. I ordered medium brown with golden blonde highlights. I recieved a black wig with white Grey highlights..I ordered a warm toned wig and you sent me cool toned i hate it not what I ordered. Do not order from here. Scam fraud company. They expect me to travel to usps to drop off the wig. They need to have it picked up at no cost to me why would I travel to drop it off when its not what I ordered. U didnt send me what I ordered. I filed a dispute with my bank. I will get my refund. Edit to add: that is a lie its been several days and you havent processed a free return pick up or my refund yet you dirty liars!!

Terrible customer service
I bought a wig from them and it didn't fit. I messaged customer service and they took forever to write back. I told them I wanted to return it and they offered an exchange. I accepted the exchange and haven't heard back from them eventhough I hace sent several emails and messages.

I received a wig last week and I’m very dissatisfied
I received a wig last week and I’m very dissatisfied with it, it’s nothing like I ordered from the picture on the website….As their return policy states, they have :EASY RETURNS” with no problems…..I have emailed them 3 times with no response from them….If I don’t hear from them soon, I will have tocontact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, which I really don’t enjoy doing…..If Customer Service would stop avoiding my emails and act like a legitimate business, I’d really appreciate it….i have sent them everything requested, to no avail, and the phone numbers are not answered…You should be very wary of doing business with a shady company who doesn’t seem to honor their customers….
