I had a great experience with Jessie’s Wig, the ombré wig I purchased is incredibly soft and well made. The cap is very comfortable which is important to me since I lost my hair due to chemotherapy. Customer service is exceptional as well, they answer promptly and have been extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely order again.

Avoid this company.
I feel a one star rating is too generous. The wig I received looked nothing like the images online. It was not even a close colour resemblance. There maybe some human hair in these wigs but they certainly are not 100% human hair. This was verified by 2 hairdressers in Australia that tested the wig. I returned the wig after it was agreed that I would get a refund. Here I am nearly 8 weeks later around $560 AUD out of pocket. No refund! The wig is sitting in the distribution centre in China. Jessie’s Wigs did nothing on their end to assist to get the parcel cleared through customs. Australia Post said that a lot of Chinese companies will do this as they already have your money. The customer service has been appalling! It got to the point of harassment via Whats App messaging. I explained to them many times that I’m a stage 4 cancer patient. They even kept the messaging up while I was in hospital recently fighting for my life. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Avoid this company. Pay a little more and spend your money in Australia. I’m the one out of pocket with neither a wig nor refund. Appalling!!

Hi dear, we are really sorry to let you feel not better of the hair, but we can promise it is 100% human hair, and we also suggest you to find a professional place to do burn test. as you don't like it, we send you address to return it and also told you that hope you can write low value on the package to avoid tax. but you put high value on the package and also didn't put our phone number on the returned package, we even call the customs many times to clearance the package but only told to search it online,we have promised will refund you after we receive the returned package, but the package was at customs, we are unable to clearance it now,usually after pay the tax then can release the package,but they ask us to provided more information.they didn't give us any email or link to do this,we are trying to clearance the package.

I ordered my first but not last wig…
I ordered my first but not last wig from jessieswig.com!!! The wig's name is Genius and is made with human hair. It looks so good and real.... I got compliments!!! People think it's my own hair!!!
It was sent to me with gifts which I love!!! Wig cap, edge band that i didn't have to buy first. The hair is super soft. Doesn't stink. Costumer service was great! They answered pretty fast and they were very polite!!! I want to get more wigs :)
