They basically used the wrong bread on our sandwiches. And wrong toppings. Not busy either. For the cost of the sandwiches you just want what you ask for at the least!!! Got home and was like WTF?

Kind of like Subway, just as lousy. Overstaffed 5 or 6 boys doing nothing 1 girl working. That's a lot of staff for Lewisburg Pa. Sunbury Sub can handle a room full of people with a staff of 3. Slicing the meat for each order just slows things down. Meat too thin. Local shops are better. On average 3 dollars more for the regular sub. messy falls apart. No reason to go back.

Jersey Mike opened in Brantford and offered two for one lol. 21.00 for a sub is a joke nothing special about this sub. Was fresh that's about it but never again will I Pau 21.00 for a sub. And that's not including tax .

I use two jersey mikes locally. The Malta ny one is outstanding….helpful, efficient, friendly and also very busy. The Amsterdam ny one which inspires this review and only that one here was terrible all 3 visits. The employees stood around, did not acknowledge customers and it was not busy at all. So there was no excuse. One other time order wrong. Third time someone in front of me livid because of big graduation order that was all mixed up. So beware of that store. But I think not typical of most of them.

Bread was stale Order was incorrect

I saw all these commercials about how great theses places where and finally a chance to eat at one in cedar rapids, iowa....wife asked to have hers toasted, she was told no. Ok then in ordered and was hoping to get raw onions on the sub. I got handed the 6 inch sub and no onions. While she agreed on a club, I asked about the raw onions and was told I couldn't get them cause I have a hot sandwich. The quality and taste was no better them subway. Price was to high, my meal, just sub was $11.33 with tax and hers was $10.99. I'm sorry to say this, the taste and quality was not worth the hype.

Poor sanitation and didn’t want to heat up my roast beef. When he finally did I told him it was better that way and he said yeah, the roast beef tastes like clay unless it’s heated up. He said they don’t offer to toast it because it makes the line too long. There is no contact number for the store or corporate tells me they could care less.

I have to eat gluten free. Not by choice. I ordered grinders today for everyone at work The bread that they gave me was so very dry. I could not eat it. Only ate the cold cuts. To bad because my last order with them I really enjoyed by sub
