We shold have quit going there because of the bad service we have received at the Reno Nv S. Meadows branch. But every 6 months or so we make the mistake of trying again :( They cant even get the type of bread right when told at least 5 times what we wanted :( It is ridiculous how bad the service is there. And we were the only customers!! When it first opened it was great but for years now it has been a HORRIBLE experience going in there each time since!!! Shame On YOU!

We went to Jersey Mike's Subs in Moncks Corner, SC. This was our first visit ever to a Jersey Mike's. I will say I am disappointed with the subs we got. If I wanted a lunch meat sandwich, I would have just gone home. No thrill's on this sandwich. Dry and too expensive for a meal deal. Mini #6 $8.15 + Drink and chips $4.29 per person. $12.44 not including tax for a lunch meat sandwich. They don't even toast the sandwich. Honestly, we will not be going to ANY Jersey Mike's again.

Got 2 regular subs and 1 large sub plus a bag of chips. $50 bucks. When I got home, we tossed the three subs. We told them "no jalapenos". They ignored us and every sub had just what the menu said, including jalapenos. We have a lab who will eat ANYTHING. We gave him one and he carried it around for a while and then left it sitting in the office. Even the Lab thought they were inedible. We kept the chips.

My first Jersey Mike's experience. A little disappointed, the food was gresh, bread was good , but ever since we sat, an employee who was handling the bread and adding ingrediends in sandwiches then wrap and bag, our whole visit, NEVER EVER tried to change his gloves. i told the manager as i was leaving, she replied " he was just sprinkling", which he wasn't, we were there & every thing is on cameras. And we saw it all. Just take it and fix the mistake. Not going back there, but I'll give a different location maybe a try. Thank you Also, I sent this to thei website, they said someone will reach out but they never did.

The subs are getting smaller. Paid for a 12inch and got a 9inch. More bread than anything.. portions were laughable!!!

Jersey Mike’s, TBK Bettendorf, Iowa closed at 4:00 PM Saturday with a steady stream of people coming in…..why…for a Managers meeting! What genius manager approved that? I suggest canceling the meeting and hire new management!

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Jersey Mike’s location in Portage. On the positive side, the food is consistently good—fresh ingredients, well-made sandwiches, and quick service when things are running smoothly. That’s really the main reason I’ve continued to come back. However, the management is a serious concern. Instead of properly training employees and helping them improve, it seems like staff are quickly let go rather than supported. This creates a tense environment that’s noticeable even as a customer. I’ve also witnessed the manager speaking to employees in a very unprofessional way, including raising his voice at them in front of customers. That kind of behavior makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the business. Overall, while the food meets expectations, the management and workplace environment take away from the experience. I hope the ownership takes steps to improve leadership and create a more respectful and professional setting for both employees and customers.
