This has been an amazing experience for me. I started right after having a baby and suffered from post partum. Bailey helped me see the best in the little wins. She was supportive and always there to help me out of my funk. The JBF family is really a family. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience

My coach shows up everyday to help in every way they can! They give helpful information every step of the way to get you to where you want to be in achieving your goals! They are amazing women with a lot of knowledge! I love working with these ladies!

I love this program because if you follow it, it really works! Bailey is amazing, she is patient, supportive, understanding, and motivating. She has adapted to my needs and been is present when I need her! And then Jenna is a gem, I appreciate the fact that I can still get in touch with her if I need!

I love the JBF team! They have been there to support and push me in ways that I didn't think I was capable of. The reinforcement of encouragement and push to continue to meet my goals to become a better version of me, even on the days I have talked myself out of eating healthy and doing my workouts. The amount of information that has been shared to help me have a better understanding of our bodies and how it all comes together with good nutrition and exercise has been fanomimal. I would recommend the JBF team to anyone who needs that extra push to become the best version of themselves.

They’re very supportive, there’s a lot of communication on focusing on little goals. The communication when you have a question is very clear and helpful.

I reached out to Jon, Jenna, & the JBF team in early 2024. I was 6’3” and weighed 270 pounds. Then, I broke my elbow. I was in a sling for a couple months. Lost muscle and was the heaviest I had ever been. Not for long. I knew after my initial call i wanted to work with JBF to get me back to a healthier stronger body. I dropped 30 pounds and am stronger that I have been in 20 years. I would highly recommend the JBF team to anyone that wants to get results. I’m so grateful for them & the incredible coaching over the past year.

This has been the greatest and most life changing experience. Not only are Jenna and Jon awesome, they showed me how to enjoy life while still being healthy. I now implement what they taught me in my everyday life (walk outside, healthier food options, learning my maintenance calories) and feel so much better. I lost 15lbs using this program and 6% body fat. I never realized how easy it actually is to be healthy and this is something I can stick with forever. I will be forever grateful.

John Wood has been my coach for a while now. When I initially started with them I dropped 20lbs. I added weight back on and looked stronger. When you stick with their plan you see results! When you fall off they will call you out! I highly recommend the JBF Team
