If I could give it a zero star I would! I’m the one who has paid tons of money throughout my life for weight loss programs but never had a came across such a scam! 2,000+ down the toilet! It’s the most upsetting program who clames to be with you and keep in touch with you sending you basically automated messages and put your name in front! It’s so sad! They basically left me hanging off of a cliff!

I love working with Jenna B fit! It's been an amazing tailored experience. They listen to me, check on me daily. Makes amazing meal plans a my workouts are going great! I even get a shopping list each week with my meal plan. The coaches are fun and kind and always available to help. I'm really glad I joined the team!

JBF has changed my life! The best thing is they actually care and know what they are talking about! Trust the process, ask all the questions and you will absolutely see results. This is not an overnight fix but a sustainable lifestyle option. You must be willing to put in the work but they will teach you exactly what that wok needs to look like! Best decision I ever made!

I have loved the coaching so far everybody’s been super helpful. I feel like everyone is really rooting for me to reach my goals. If I have questions, I usually get a response right away, which is nice compared to other training that I’ve had where it does take a day or so to hear back.

One of my best experiences yet. The whole team has been so supportive and within a short time proved to be where I can without a doubt go to for help. They are uplifting and knowledgeable! Whenever I need help or reach out they are so helpful and keep me on track.

Bailey, and Jenna are doing exactly what coaches should be doing. What I love is that I don’t feel pressure to swap any food item because it’s “healthier” ! I love how motivating they are and challenging for new goals. Bailey and Jenna are genuine and kind and want the best for you, your Happiness and health. They strive to help you feel better not just look better! They’ve helped me set goals I would probably not other wise have done. I would 100% recommend JBF to anyone wanting to help them achieve their goals!

I came to JBF frustrated. As a kid I had lost 37 lbs on Atkins, but it was no way to live long term. Now, 20 yrs later as a 33 yr old I was 6’2”, 241.8 lbs. Everyone had an ideology to sell (no carbs, complex carbs but no simple carbs, carnivore, vegan, points, etc.), but none of it felt right. I just wanted to know how to sustainably live my life, eat, be social, and stay fit. Jon told me 6 months with me and you’ll never need a trainer again. I paid-in-full for 6 months up front so I couldn’t quit or take a month off, and I never looked back. Went from 241.8 to 223 in 6 months, and gained plenty of muscle along the way. The leader of the biggest acting mixer in Atlanta told me, unprovoked, that I had transformed and look like a leading man now.

My experience is amazing with JBF! Especially because her being a woman she understands us and she asks questions to deeper understand what we need and how we can be better and progress and accomplish our goals and she’s their no matter the time of day she will answer you with any additional questions and I love it!! She’s wonderful person and coach!!
