Warning: Avoid Jenna B Fit, LLC – Deceptive, Unprofessional, and Harmful Business Practices I normally don’t write public reviews, but my experience with Jenna B Fit, LLC was so profoundly negative, deceptive, and damaging that I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake. I signed a coaching agreement with Jenna B Fit under the promise of personalized support, customized nutrition, and fitness coaching tailored to my needs. What I received was the exact opposite—generic, copy-paste materials, little to no communication, and absolutely zero personalized guidance. By April 26, 2025, Jenna had completely cut off communication, abandoned the agreement, and refused to provide the services I paid for. All attempts to reach her about fulfilling the contract were either ignored or met with immature, dismissive, and condescending responses. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, she belittles clients and deflects accountability. It goes deeper than poor service—this is deception, plain and simple. Jenna B Fit’s pattern of false promises extends not only to her clients but also to government agencies. She has made false statements to the North Carolina Attorney General’s office, attempting to dodge responsibility for her unethical business practices. This is not someone who stands behind their word. This is not someone who values integrity, honesty, or professionalism. Instead, Jenna relies on marketing manipulation, fake promises of “personalized coaching,” and immature tactics to silence valid concerns. When you question the lack of service, she doesn’t problem-solve — she belittles, blames, and gaslights. This speaks volumes about her character and the way she runs her business. If you are considering working with Jenna B Fit, ask yourself this: Do you want to hand over your hard-earned money to someone who disappears, lies to legal authorities, and mocks her clients rather than serving them? I strongly urge anyone reading this to save yourself the stress, the financial loss, and the emotional toll. This is not a legitimate coaching business; this is a well-marketed scam.

We stand firmly behind our coaching framework and contractual agreements—and that includes honoring what was promised to you. In fact, you still retain access to your personalized framework, despite multiple contractual breaches on your end, because I truly care about you finishing what you started. When concerns are brought to us, we do our best to handle them with clarity and integrity. All communication, delivery records, and service timelines were thoroughly documented, which is why the outcome of your legal dispute was not in your favor. That wasn’t a personal decision—it was a matter of providing factual receipts and honoring the terms of our agreement. It’s unfortunate you feel the need to speak this way after our continued attempts to support you and provide value. I understand that fitness & health journeys—especially those involving emotional and personal transformation—can be difficult.
