Absolute scammers. Ordered a case and it never arrived and of course, OF COURSE they don’t reply to my emails asking for a full refund (I paid extra for express shipping too). Additionally, they delete all negative comments from their Instagram. I only wish I had read these reviews before giving them my money. Do NOT buy from these thieves.

Ordered about 3 months ago and still nothing!! The shipping says nothing has even been shipped yet. I have emailed jelly cases and they said it has now been shipped and that was about 2 months ago but the tracking information had not changed. I have now enquired another 2 times and they just ignore you. An absolute scam just to get your money.

DO NOT BUY from them. Ordered on Oct 13 and have made several requests to either ship my order or refund my money and have gotten nowhere. They have essentially stolen my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order on the 24th October 2022 and have not received my order. I follow up about a week after placing my order asking for my shipping/tracking info and they refuse to send the tracking info to me. They have taken my money and not sent my order. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! The frustrating thing is, I've ordered from them before (years ago) and everything went smoothly and I received my cases, but this time it's all gone wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM JELLY CASES THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Sent a broken case that is the wrong color 2 months after we ordered it and is completely non-responsive.

I ordered on September 20 and have not received my order. They sent me tracking info, but it goes nowhere. I tried following up MUILTIPLE times, and either get no response or some lame excuse about shipping delays. I have asked for a refund and received nothing back. DO NOT ORDER ever, I assure you it is a scam.

Ordered two phone cases early October, got a confirmation email and then nothing. Website said 10 working days for delivery after receiving the shipping email, but to contact them if I hadn't heard anything after 5 days. Gave them 10 working days before contacting, received no response. In this time I did however receive two separate marketing emails from them. Gave them another week to respond before emailing them again. Still nothing. About two weeks ago I received a response email from 'Ellah' saying that my order had already been turned over the shipping partner, and that actually, contrary to their website, their shipping time was actually TWENTY FIVE business days. That they would be in touch with the shipping company and would update me with any news relating to my order. To not worry and that it would be delivered 'very soon'. Since then I have heard nothing, no further responses, and had no delivery. Absolute disgrace of a company, I wish I had looked up reviews first and not been sucked in by a professional looking website.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I ordered a phone case at the end of August and it just arrived yesterday the day before Thanksgiving!! And it was for an iPhone 6. I have an IPhone 12. I continuously tried to contact them with robot responses.
