A YEAR AGO MARCH, i ordered a phone case from this company..and have tried to contact them monthly since no product ever arrived. FIRST it was the shipping department’s fault and they stated they would send a replacement asap…then….crickets. i asked for a refund if no product was going to be sent…..crickets. i realize that i am not out that much $, but if they did this to a few thousand customers. THEY would have a good chunk of $! sooo frustrating.

Ordered 4 months ago and never received my order. Was told they lost my package, yet months later, no info. They have stopped replying to me, ghosting me after taking 30$ from me. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THESE. SCAMMERS.

I ordered my case well over a month ago. After multiple emails to customer service, I was told that it was lost in shipping and that they would re-ship (it took a threat to contact my bank before they would reply to my email). I have still not received the case or any further tracking info. They have stopped replying to my emails. BUYER BEWARE!

This is a scam! Do not order from them. Placed an order March 5th. Haven’t received any shipping into and it hasn’t arrived despite my paying for faster shipping. I have emailed the company multiple times which only one generic response given back to me about it being lost during shipping and they would handle it and keep me updated. They did no such thing. Scam! Don’t do it!

Ordered a case for my son on Jan 28th. I still have not recieved the phone case. I have emailed customer support multiple times. I recieved 2 different responses stating that there shipping company lost track of the item, but another is on the way. I still have not recieved tracking information.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer in my life. I am truly not one to leave bad reviews, I'm a small business owner and deeply understand how damaging poor reviews can be but this company truly deserves it. Their customer service is non existent, like not that it's bad, but it doesn't exist. You an't get in touch with anyone. My phone case arrive a month late, damaged and only one came. They just stole my money for the other one and won't respond to emails. They are charging for cheap cheese drop shipped cases that look nothing like the photos. DO NOT spend your money here.

I ordered a case from them, paid for faster shipping. Received confirmation that it went through. Supposed to be tracked, but I didn't even get any further updates or info saying it has shipped, despite them saying that they would send further information via email. Emailed their support and have not received any answer. I’m super frustrated and feel like I got scammed. Do not recommend giving them your business.

Ordered a case on 2/3/25 and it hasn’t shipped yet as of 3/4 a month later. I emailed support on 2/21 and still haven’t received any response. Seems like my money was just stolen. Update 3/29/25: Despite the positive response to this review I still have no tracking number or shipment confirmation and no response when I email support. Still no case after 2 months.
