I brought a horn relay my old one that was on my 1964 Oldsmobile 98 was bad on made a clicking noise. But. So we on line found Jegs brought the horn relay. The part arrived. But the part on my vehicle. No clicking noise nothing. I have power coming from the horn when I push the horn. But the horn relay I got from Jegs was no good. This will be the last time I buy from Jegs. My old horn relay was missing parts. But still making a clicking noise. This one I brought doesn't making any noise. No good I read all reviews but this time I didn't believe them. But I guess all the reviews were right

Never received all the items I ordered. Customer Service just responds with, we will get back to you. THEY NEVER DO. I'm missing the item that was the most expensive thing on the order. It was not worth it to save a couple bucks and buy it through jegs.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero stars! I order a rim for my 18 Tahoe Premier, cv703 hyper black, the rim looked good in the box . I took it and had it mounted and put on vehicle. I got home and noticed that the OE Wheels rim that I bought from jegs , is like 2 shades lighter than the original ones. So I called to ask about it and they was plain rude . Nothing they will do after it is mounted. So I’m out $300 for a rim that don’t match. I talked to peirre and he was even ruder ( he is the highest ranking person I could talk to. $300 might not be much to a gaint company like jegs but it is a lot for a hard working normal guy like me . And I’m pretty sure that it is all of us hard working people that made jegs the millionaires that they are .

Jegs performance has the worst customer service of any business that I have ever delt with! Not only was the product falsely advertised and very misleading in its description but once I spoke to them and a supervisor agreed that they were in the wrong, I was still ignored for 3 weeks while my engine sit accumulating moisture and torn apart . I waited patiently for an answer on a solution and their final solution eneded up being that they wouldn't charge me for expedited shipping for the rest of my order that never showed up to begin with! . Horrible business i dont recommend them to my worst enemy

Well I ordered a flex plate for my 74 corvette with a LQ4 and a 4L80E transmission I was told this flex plate would work. So I mounted it up and it did not line up or provide the 3/16 gap I needed it was perfectly clean and unused. I got my return number and sent it back with the unopened plate bolts as well, I never heard from them no updates nothing and today I get home from work to find the flex plate sent back to me with a letter saying the item was used. Well no crap you have to see if it would fit. I will never ever order another item from them. And I still have not received any updates on the other items I sent back. Horrible customer service horrible communication

Bought a radiator from JEGS that was supposed be a straight in replacement for my old one. The radiator is very poor quality and cheaply made, transmission cooler ports came with flare adapters that don’t fit, the heater flow pipe has a un removable plug the thing is just completely trash ! I’ve got to go somewhere else and get another. I’ve wasted $500 + postage and have had a lot of stress over this purchase. PLEASE if you’re thinking of buying from them and your reading this review STAY CLEAR FROM JEGS !!!!!!!!!

if you wanna wait few months to get your part, order from jegs by the way when you order a part it says you will get it 2 to 5 days SCAMMM
