Ordered kc189236 for my 99 F350. This is a kit that is supposed to come with all 4 calipers, all 4 rotors and all pads. I paid $728.63 USD. When I got my order confirmation it was split into 2 invoices, which is normal with brake kits, however, the rear calipers were nowhere on the order. I call Jegs and wait 30 minutes to get someone, assuming this will be quick and they'll realize their mistake. No, they said I hadn't paid for the rear calipers and needed to pay for them. I though I already did? Apparently it was some screw up on their system and the price should have been higher and then it would have included the rear calipers. When I buy a kit that says what it includes it better include all of it, and a screw up on your website is not my problem. In the end they matched a slightly lower price from RockAuto. If your website is screwed up and you advertise a price you should honor that price. Will never order from them again.

After receiving payment jegs messaged me “ I need it to call their customer service “ where I sat on hold for a half hour , and after refusing to give their customer service agent personal information they cancelled my order . I'm happy to go elsewhere except the funds have not been put back in my account .

I paid almost $1400 for a part I Never revived , been calling JEGS for the past 2 weeks about it and today they just told me they are not going to ship my part or Return my money. The representative told me to try filing a claim with my card holder cause they will not give me anything back. Biggest nightmare dealing with this shady company, They are thieves

Beware doing business with this company! They will steal your C.C. Info. I tried to place an order with them yesterday. My order was declined due to the card being used was new and its’ details being input incorrectly by me - Thank God!! Overnight, my card was processed, over 4 times - By JEGS! It was done so for varied amounts that had nothing to with my original (amount) order. After multiple hours of back and forth e-mails this morning, I was informed that my account had been, "closed due to my fraudulent charges"!?! These "fraudulent charges" originated from "JEGS" servers! I have my banks system screenshots to corroborate this! My information was stolen from me and used by them in attempt to put through phony "JEGS" purchases. They obviously have a very severe lack of security protocol, yet will refuse to admit their responsibility and instead, blame it on the customer. On another issue, I found that their "My Account" page arranges an individual's account based on the address. This is strange, because most companies do so based upon an e-mail address and/or log in. If you live in a gated community, apartment complex or use a freight forwarder, all of you order history and Information will be available for your neighbor to see in, "your account"!?!
