A bunch of crooks!!!!!! I ordered a headliner and after two weeks I checked on it and they said it would be 2 months to get it. So I canceled the order. I ordered another one from another company that had it in stock. So then the Jegs headliner came with in a few days and I thought it was the one that I had ordered that was in stock and installed it. Now I get the in stock one and Jegs won't refund $35.00 to send it back because of their incompetence or to just notify me that there's is coming. Customer service hung up on me.

Never received my item. When I called to inquire they said it was delivered over 30 days ago and there is nothing they can do. I'm out 300$.

ordered a part, it was bent and unusable, customer service is not reachable on the phone. got an email reply days later, and my exchange is delayed by one excuse or another. said I could purchase another part and pay more shipping to receive it quicker, ridiculous. project is delayed by weeks.

Bought a cylinder head a few months ago. Did not receive my core deposit back. Called about it and was told they would call me back. No call, no core deposit going on 7 weeks

Ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered within three days. Three days later they tell me the product won’t be delivered until the end of September at the time of this email it is March. So they wanted me to wait 6 1/2 almost 7 months for product to be delivered. I canceled the order. They charged my credit card anyway. Three hours after making the charge my identity is stolen and it appears as though the employees of jegs are selling credit card information. It is now the end of July my credit card company credited me for the fraudulent charges that jegs auto parts made. Jags then disputed it and sent them information showing my credit card company that they themselves jegs we’re supposed to credit me. There needs to be a full-blown FBI investigation is to what’s happening over there. They are selling peoples personal information and their credit card numbers. Buyer beware if you want your identity stolen purchase something from these morons. But I guess that’s what happens when brothers and sisters have sex.

Shopping on Jegs is horrible Zero customer service and as a result 2500$ Business lost.

CLEARLY false advertising going on. I am (or have been) a very loyal Jegs customer that regularly works on multiple projects in my small business. Recently I noticed a price for a part at Summit Racing was $20.50 cheaper and inquired about Jegs Price Matching after thoroughly reading their policy. "Oh yes we can match that price they said"..... and took my money for the lower Summit Price. After getting an email saying "Thank you from ordering for Jegs" I received a call saying they couldn't match the price because the price was below their cost. REALLY? $20.50 is all they make on a several hundred dollar part? The following day I wasted some time forwarding the pics of Summit Racings lower price and the Jegs Price Matching guarantee. Same answer they will not honor their policy. Very disappointed.

Biggest losers . Received a tire never ordered. They won’t answer phone.
