Bought hybrid battery for toyota camry had a year warranty purchased a year extended 4 months in battery died, have been 2 month calling jegs on hold for 40 minutes to hear we will call you back, and they never do. Spent $1600 for new battery and other day had to purchasea used so car can be driven again! Terrible customer service would never deal again! Turning them into bbb.

Ordered a Carburetor in Nov 22. The carb was not installed until January. The carb was defective and dumped fuel onto the intake. Return was initiated before the 60 day return policy was expired, Jegs charged am 104.00 for restocking a defective product. When I called to talk to them the customer service representative was very nice but wasn't allowed to correct the issue. I was told that it is Jegs policy to charge customer restock fee for defective parts. Jegs is a company with theft of their customers money set as a policy. Do not do business with Jegs

It is big scammer company No customer service no all 3 month I can't return my little money (200$) Bank reject card number not rigth an etc. Go away from jegs

Ordered seat foam dec 2021 then put on back order. Sent numerous emails throughout 2022 and told they would contact vendor. After a nasty email from me they finally told me vendor has told them part us in "long term" backorder. I could have ordered part In 2021 from other vendor who had in stock but it was higher priced by the time I was told on backorder it was no longer in inventory anywhere else. I continue to receive generic emails telling me not to cancel and jegs still has part on their website with no mention that they have not had it available for over one year. I pointed this out and was told no where does it mention that it is available only that you can expect shipping within 2 weeks. Terrible customer service as many others are saying. Buy on ebay at least you can leave negative feedback.

JEGS is JUNK! Unfortunately, 0 stars wasn't an option. Leaving this review as I just passed the 1hr mark on hold listening to the same recording, waiting for customer service to pick up. Spent $250 on a dust collector and bought the 2 year warranty. Motor crapped out in under 30 days. Now I've learned, the warranty isn't any good if they don't pick up the phone. Like Tommy Callahan said, "They know, all they sold you was a guaranteed piece of cr@p."

Selling acetylene torch kits from China with bottle that arent DOT certified. Can't get local welding businesses to fill. Would have to go out of state to get bottles certified???? Been trying to get customer service for two days, on eternal hold.

Had a part on backorder, because JEGS loves to sell parts they don't actually have in stock. Then they got my address wrong (I'm in Germany) even though I spelled it out for them multiple times. I sent 4 emails over the course of 3 months and called twice, trying to get this straightened out to make sure I'll actually get my part when they ship it. Never heard back from them and have no idea where my order is going to end up. Order tracking is still showing the wrong address. UPDATE 01-12-2023: After I posted my review, JEGS contacted me via the review portal and asked me to send an email to a specific email address they gave me. I sent them an email and explained the situation, and never got a response. These guys fail on literally every level of customer service!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If your not going to send me my item...tell me so i can look further!! NO ANSWERS ON WHERE MY ITEM IS>>>NO TRACKING If you need something and can wait a year..then this is the company for you!! HORRIBLE
