Have done business with them in the past this company has went down hill fast you call in to order takes 2 minutes on hold call in for customer service after they screw up wait on hold 40 minutes worst customer service I have ever seen this company is a joke hold your money on a product that never arrives and then say when they get it back they will refund what bs won’t be doing anymore business with them

Jegs just plain sucks. Quote best customer service guarantied another joke. Customer service pretends to have bad connection and hangs up. ordered Ford fe valve covers backordered three month's can't even get status of order from jegs.

Most of what you order ends up shipping direct from manufacturers. They split your order into multiple invoices. Then everything gets super confusing. Their customer service couldn't find my order, cancelled the wrong items. Then when the wrong things came they refused to provide a return label. Seriously do not order from this company.

I ordered $600 worth of parts. Half of the parts did not fit. I ordered off of the website information, but wrong fit. I returned all the parts and got $17 refunded. $17 on parts they are going to resell to someone else and still make more money. Worst company to return anything I've ever dealt with. I'll never do business with them again. They should be ashamed.

ordered a few parts online, get the confirmation number and see that one part has an expected ship date in over 2 months. I cant wait that long, have called and held multiple times (over 3o min each time) to try and get this part cancelled. jegs customer service line is a joke. sent an email but i dont expect any kind of response.

I bought some wheels and only minutes later I realized I ordered the wrong bolt pattern. They will not stop the shipment! Only minutes after I ordered!!! Unbelievable! I’ll never do business with them again! Ever. So ridiculous… update. I sent back the wheels and only was refunded for one. Still waiting on the other refund. Oh, also, I wasn’t refunded the full purchase price of the one. No surprise. They are absolutely terrible.

Jegs needs to do something about eliminating all the stupid, uneducated people who work in their shipping and ordering departments. I ordered a bunch of sockets from SUNEX tools, and they take about two weeks to get from overseas, which is understandable. However I got my order, one item was missing, so I called and complained to Jegs. The fool on the other end of the phone (who acted more like I was an inconvenience than a customer) just said sorry and hung up next thing I knew my order was canceled in its entirety, and my money was refunded without any warning. So now I have to re-order a new set of sockets because some lazy hoodlum decided customer service was too much trouble.

Some moron in Jegs’ shipping department thought it was a good idea to pack two five-quart jugs of oil laying on their sides. Of course they leaked and soaked everything with 30 weight.
