Normally order from them and no problem but first return. They refused because they said i initiated on-line, i didnt call them first in reference the return. If was part of the process why make it to where they push to do it online. The part was put on the vehicle but was the wrong part. This is my mistake no doubt but never used . My mistake for using Jegs. Never again customer lost!!

When i was shoping and thinking of ordering my item it was in-stock and ready to ship So I ordered it and then I get an email it's on backorder wtf that not how ready to ship works ill go summit frome on

Sent the wrong part.. support was all over the place not very knowlegable either, first time ordering from Jegs i thought Jegs was a top dog but I was wrong they are just another john deere green. I set up a return and the shipping label they send you is good for 3 days lol im out of town 5 out of 7 days of the week how do you expecy me to correct your mistake in 3 days im not Jesus. I dont recomend Jegs order from Amazon or summit racing they have exellent customer service.

Jegs is god awful. The website is impossible to navigate. Everything you click on comes up with an error and you need to refresh the page after every single click. You cant search by vehicle as it ghosts the options out and wont let you select anything. Customer service is atrocious. Simply trying to see about a military discount and cant get a response back. The one time i ever ordered from jegs i was in a pinch and needed a brake line for my truck. The Part description, picture, everything, lined up with what i was needing. Once i get the product it is not what was shown in the listing. Clearly a completly different set up even though the part number on the product matched. I reached out about it and the response was "i guess the listing is wrong" how is it wrong? The picture and all the details of the description are exactly what i needed, but what i got was not that. I needed my truck back on the road and didnt have time to ship back and reorder from elsewhere so i had to custom bend the brake line to work. Ive never dealt with such a horrible company from start to finish. I always thought JEGS was one of the top automotive online parts but i will never order from them again. 2 for 2 on a horrible experience.

Sent a return in 3 weeks ago still have not received a refund, joke of a company, filing a fraud charge with my credit card tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and stick with Summit or speedway.

I received a wheel in a box that looked like it had been dragged behind the delivery truck and now it is all on me to get it back to them.

Well its been 6 months on and off but mostly on, this remanufactured 350 tbi is not worth what ive spent in time and money, 7 of the 12 exhaust bolt holes had helicoils that were not installed right, which lead to retapping almost all the bolt holes from trying to install exhaust manifold, who ever put these helicoils in should be subject to electric shock, having to take the engine partially out to do this is not what I had intended, does anyone at jeggs or in Mexico where these are supposedly rebuilt take pride in there work, helicoils are a temp fix not a solution to end all issues with an over sized bolt let alone 7 of them,it doesnt rum all that great and im afraid to do a pressure test on the cylinders because of what ive dealt with so far dont buy these engines you will have better luck buying from a wrecking yard, the core I sent back was in better shape than this boat anchor.

These people claim to back up their parts but they do not! If you're restoring an old muscle car, do not buy from these people if you're not installing immediately! Especially any of their trim pieces! IT'S ALL JUNK! They know it but will not stand behind it!
