Was rudely informed by a supervisor (Chris) after escalating a price issue that "They don't legally have to honor the shown price". They also have been having "this issue all week". I will be taking my business elsewhere to never return, hope it was worth the $20.

International customers should stay away from this company. They sell bad parts. The alternator they sent me only makes 1.5 volt at 3000 rpm. When I try to return they make me pay the huge shipping cost Which ultimately results in me paying more to ship it back than I would be refunded. Very bad business ethics. Very bad customer service. Extremely bad products.

Ordered a specific part for my 66 Chevelle SS, and the part(s) arrived as promised, The order was wrong, I was very specific on the order, was handled via customer sales on the phone. I had the mechanic on the pone with me as well to make sure the order was handled correctly, we had scheduled a certain time for te install and had the day cleared. When I contacted JEG I was advised they wouldn't have the part I needed until late December. It seems like they just sent the one they had in the hopes I would simply take it and not worry about calling for the exact one we asked for. The mechanic stated that this is how it is in the parts business these days. Basically good luck. Am returning the item and will purchase it elsewhere, make sure that they do have the part and make sure the rep youre speaking with is knowledgeable and doesn't just slip something in on you.

Sent me wrong shifter won't return it false advertising that it would work terrible customer service

I have spent over 10k in parts with Jegs for my '65 mustang build. The new engine and transmission had the wrong size flywheel and clutch and they won't exchange the new parts for the correct ones. Their fault, but I have to pay. $800 additional cost to me for their mistake. Horrible way to treat the customer. Unbelievable. Ben Larson

$500 order missing, Jegs says UPS delivered it directly to a person at a time when I wasn't even home, and will not help me track it down much less replace or refund me. I have tried for a long time now to avoid Amazon etc. when I can purchase a part from a "reputable" speed shop like Jegs or Summit. No more, as Jegs has proven it's not worth dealing with them at all. If Jegs goes bankrupt, I will not wonder why.

Horrible company, needs to get with the times and update their return policy. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I hope everyone who reads this buys their parts elsewhere.. anywhere but jegs.. please don't support these crooks.

I ordered a couple of door skin uppers from my Jeep TJ. First, it started off with the fact that it took several days longer to receive them than what I was told. When I finally received them, I realized that I received the uppers for the same EXACT door! Who does that?! Really, the same door?! I had a function that I needed to attend and was excited about but I obviously had my old uppers on the Jeep. In addition, when I called in on Saturday, the guy that was obviously working from home, had no clue and couldn't help me with the return.
