Purchased a radio for my car and it came in pieces that I would have to put together to try to fit my car. I Was supposed to put it together like i'm putting together a model car for $450 to have to put a radio together. Took 4 and a 1/2 hours to talk to someone about this problem to get a return label and I had to pay $13.74 for a return label. Never again. Will I do business with this company.

I ordered a cowl hood for my son’s Camaro when it arrived it was damaged so I refused it so then I got on the phone I waited on hold for two and a half hours a let the representative now what happened she said they would send a new one out it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything so I went to call them again and the wait time was about the same as previous it’s hard to stay on hold that long customer service sucks

Jegs has the worst Customer Service of any company I have ever had to deal with! If you need to talk to AI online, be prepared to wait. You will be #35 in line or more. If you want to talk to a live person over the phone, be prepared to wait even longer. I was #60 last time and had to hang up after 90 minutes. By then I was #29. This time, I was #102 in line. We returned a product which we did not order. It was double shipped to us, some sort of computer error. They received the product according to Fedex 10 days ago. We have not received any acknowledgement of the return nor has our card been credited. It is impossible to get through to customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order (Bed Mat for 1997 Ford Long Bed)3 weeks later and can't get a hold of them!!? "Jeggs says Manufacture having delays!? Can't imagine there is much demand for a rubber bed mat on a 30 year old truck... If the thing is no longer available ,,, Just Say So!! $165.00 in their account... still no answers as to when I might receive anything Who has all day to stay on the phone and hear "your # 95 in the que...!?" the online chat is about as bad 30 minutes and I moved from # 20 in the que to # 15....!?

Should be a zero. Zegs shipped the wrong product. 1.5 hours on hold this morning and was told we would receive an email. No email. Call back caller 101 so 2.5 hours so far and no answer. This is ridiculous and I wish I had read reviews before. I wonder how many horrible reviews they will get before someone does something about it.

After 10 hours on hold 5 emails and misinformation from day 1, I still cant get through to the company. They take your money and forget about you. Don't do business with these people. Daniel Harrington

I had to wait 1:24:43 just to cancel an item that was backordered

Literally the worst. Placed an order, realized I ordered the wrong item. Tried contacting them multiple times through email and phone with NO RESPONSE. Received the incorrect item, then not only had to pay $15 to ship it back, but they deducted a restocking fee after the item was returned. Horrible service, and a complete waste of my money.
