JEGS PerformanceReviews of jegs.com

Ordered a part on September 2nd with next day delivery($86 for next day delivery). Said it was available and would arrive next day. No delivery next day. Called once in the morning to find out where it was. Said they would figure it out and get back to me. They didn't. I called that evening to find out that it is getting shipped direct from the vendor on September 11th. Come on....really. never again

Ordered tires, they said they would be shipped within a week. Hours after taking the money, get a email saying it's gojng to be a month later, still didn't ship on that date given. Multiple chats always will let you know something in 1-3 days and nothing. They have had my money for over 6 weeks, but I don't have any tires. All they did was cost me time and money.

They will charge your account even when they say they wont until shipping. Then they will delay any of the refund. Never buy from them.

Rude chat agent and continous delivery delay. Chat agents are very unprofessional and cutting off chats, maybe AI chat agents can do a better job. Multiple orders are shown in stock to trick you in, but always get backordered.

Is there a less than 1 star review? Because that's what JEGS deserves! Took my money for a part said it would be delivered a week later. The day it was to be delivered (not days before when they would've known) send me an email saying it would not be here 8/26. It would now be here next year 1/28/27. Please dont cancel your order...is this a joke?

Rude chat agents and agents hang up on you and very incomptent. call back talked to same guy and be hold. needs to be fired.

I am extremely way past upset. To be dismissed by customer service is not acceptable. I purchased a TH350 transmission rated for 775HP. I went as far as ordering 100% everything from Jegs Trans Stall converter New lines New trans cooler New bolts New dust cover for flywheel New dipstick And 3 gallons of their trans fluid After ordering and only the small pieces showing up. And customer service saying my card was declined. Ummm nope I am seeing the charge 100% and you shipped all but the trans Another person finds out it’s labeled as back ordered but they have 6 in stock and ships one that day. Transmission is shipped directly to my Transmission shop. They install it to only realize there are internal issues right now. Truck is not driven still in shop. I reach out and after 3 calls and approvals to replace they finally send me the paperwork for carrier I asked about who covers the extra money for install and removal of the faulty transmission sent and I’m told sorry this isn’t their fault. Well it’s not mine. It’s not the shops and it is not like it was installed a month ago. It’s still sitting in the shop. I’m out another 2400 for labor for a piece of crap that I was sold. And now 3 plus weeks with no truck and still waiting on the replacement. This is the WORST customer service ever. I am filing with the BBB as well. No one would even say let me see what I can do. Etc. worst investment worst service ever

Very rude Customer service. Bucket seat back ordered. was supposed to shipped to me 5 days later now I am t day 42. I will never order from Jegs again.
