I won't deny that the customer service leaves much to be desired. I feel like JSC is doing great as far as putting quality products out there. I just ordered the new concealer and product wise, it was great! The best concealer I've used so far. The only thing I'm disappointed in was the shipping and customer service. The actual time from ordering the product to actually holding it in my hands wasn't bad (two and a half weeks, maybe three tops, but I can't remember what the quoted shipping time was supposed to be). I'll just say that being left in the dark the entire time wasn't the greatest.

It’s been almost two weeks since I ordered the Jeffree Star concealer and powder and it hasn’t been shipped. I have been reading the other reviews and tbh I am quite scared because I live in Europe and I keep reading that people had to pay 40 euros just to collect their packages what the heck? I WILL NOT be ordering from this website again I’ll look on some other website. Terrible service! UPDATE: I got my stuff the following week but there were no messages saying it had been shipped and luckily I didn’t have to pay anything to collect my package but my opinion still stands I will not be ordering from that website again.

BEWARE CUSTOMS FEES!!! As a Canadian customer it came as a shock when I had to pay $29 customer fee at delivery despite the $10 shipping I already paid. It didn’t come in the pink box I was expecting and the products just seemed thrown in without a care. I liked the products but the customer service/shipping is very poor.

I placed an order for the Blood Sugar palette and 2 liquid lips (which are not part of the Blue Blood launch) on April 16th and my items have still not even been shipped. I have emailed customer service twice and got one auto-populated response about how shipping times vary during a launch. Totally understandable, however what isn't is 2.5 weeks with no update. I also received an email a few days ago about how my order had been partially refunded, however I have no idea what part of the order I will not be receiving (if any), nor what I was refunded for. I also haven't seen the refund. There was a generic email saying thank you for your patience and any order that had been placed prior to April 23rd (a week AFTER I ordered) would be guaranteed to ship out by April 30th, however that obviously wasn't the case as my items still haven't moved. I purposely ordered from his site as I respect him and what he has accomplished, and preferred for him to get the entire cut of his profits, however I ordered the new concealer and setting powder from Beautylish and received them 3 days later, with tracking and FREE SHIPPING, in flawless packaging. I don't even want my money back, I just want the items that I was excited about in the first place. Disappointed to say the least.

I love Jeffree Star Cosmetics & have had ordered multiple times, only 1 issue with shipment. 1 time I ordered a mystery box & a week passed by - no update on shipment. I quickly emailed their customer service & they responded, with their response came my shipment email. It was probably just an honest mistake or something but other than that, I’ve had flawless experiences. Amazing packaging, responsive customer service & quality products. No, I’m not kissing Jeffrees tattooed butt, I’m just telling the truth about his company. I’ve never had a horrible experience & all these lies about him scamming gotta stop. I’ve always been a JS fan, and Now honestly I realized why he is sooo rich. He steals people’s money, and he’s super shady. Now we now why you have such an lavish life Jeffree! I ordered from him in the beginning of April. Now it’s almost May and I still haven’t received my order. I called usps and they informed the sender did not provide my address on the package. So your just going to charge me 80 dollars, and not put a address label. I mean come on Jeffree you have no problem talking crap ahout other companies, but yet you can’t get a grip of yours. Your shady AF!!!!! I will never ever buy anything from you ever again, cause guess what in the end the package will go back to your company because there is no address. Then, when I email your company will you give me a refund? No!!!!! I don’t think so, cause you don’t respond to your customers!!!!!! You don’t even deserve one star.

Never will I order from jeffree star cosmetics again! Appalling service, I spent £120 over a month ago I still have not received my items. Tracking has been the same for 22 days. Dont get me started on their customer service because its non existent, you can send message upon message and will not get a reply, there's no contact number. I feel as though I have been robbed. There seems to be many people going through the same problem, yet jeffree star doesn't seem to be addressing the problem. This is not how a professional cosmetics company should be operating it is completely unacceptable.

I absolutely love Jeffree Star and his makeup and accessories but unfortunately the shipping of products and the customer service is appalling. Waited over a month for my order but have no clue where it is because the shipping details are never updated and I emailed customer service days ago and still haven’t received a response. The website states you will get a reply within 48 hours. I ordered more of his products from another website a week or so after and got them within a week; they also shipped from California. There is no excuse for taking so long and for the poor customer service. It’s such a let down because overall his products are fantastic. *After waiting weeks for my order got a slip through the door saying I now have to pay an additional £13 customs charge! Customer service still haven’t replied...*
