So, I was nervous to order at first after reading the reviews. However, I am glad I did. I ordered 3 eye palettes, 3 lip colors and 2 lip liners. I ordered late on a Friday afternoon and I received my order the following Thursday. One color in one of the palettes was broken. I contacted JSC and let them know the problem. They were quick to reply and I sent them the info requested. They will be sending me a return label so I can return the damaged product. I will be ordering again. The products themselves are high quality and to me, worth every penny.

Absolutely fuxking amazing! The packaging beautiful and wrapped in tissue. It didn’t take long to receive. They constantly updated me and texted me upon delivery. It was definitely surprising to read some of these reviews this is my first time purchase! I am glad I wanted to experience it for myself because I wasn’t disappointed!! so I “can’t relate” to all these negative reviews. I love Jeffree Star cosMetIcS and will continue being a loyal customer. Just ordered a hoodie and I can’t wait to receive it.

This is the worst customer service - takes them weeks to get back to you. I got an item stolen and it says on their website - they will give you your money back but they refuse to help you when you email them after waiting for weeks. I will never buy from them again,

JSC used to be gr8, before he became famous. The packaging was stellar and he even gave freebies and had sales. You always got your order quick for cheap. NOW, 2019 no more nice packaging the tissue is dirty, wrinkled and looks used. The boxes aren't shiny pink anymore their industrial brown, the product sizes have shrunk and he just doesn't care. Complaining does nothing.All his staff is high. And so is he. Remember the movie Scarface? Watch it again.

Shipping is so incredibly slow. I have a small little upstart company I purchase from and they deliver within 2 days. It takes 2 weeks to get shipment and i live one state over. I tried to contact customer service days ago no reply no auto reply...nothing. i give credit for designing exciting products but business needs improvement. I asked about why concealer isnt working well for me. I might just return it. I spent my hard earned money on something I cant use. Dissappointed

Products are great !! I ordered them 3 weeks ago, so that took a minute ! However, I have ordered multiple times from the States and I know it can take a while. I didn't pay anything extra apart from the delivery fees on the official Jeffree Star website.

So far I haven’t even received my 1 product I ordered . They have charged me 2 times and put 2 authorization holds on my account from PayPal that I ordered from and from the Jeffree Star cosmetics website. I’m awaiting customer service response .

My first review was a one star- I have now edited as my opinion has been changed. So my first order went missing, PayPal gave me money back. The company then sent out the items free of charge AND gave me money to cover customs. Thanks Jeffree Star! 5 star customer service !!
