Just had my granddaughters pictures done end of Feb early March. The girl who did them was great! I booked another appointment for her pictures in September. First off they moved up my time but never called, second the girl who did them was on loan from another jcp and she did a horrible job, couldn't come up with anything or anyway except 2 poses. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I don't know if I'll come back to jcp or just look else where. Not like pictures are cheep. Yes I did purchase a few but no where as I would have if she had done a better job.

We spent a lot of money on a princess dress for our new born we gave her a bath we devoted so much time putting together our out fits and hers we got there early the photographer was giving tons of attention time to clients before us another couple showed up booked same time as us we were there first with a new born the photographer tried to get us to go walk the mall we refused insisted on waiting for our turn I specifically told her we bought a princess dress just to get singles in it for her one Into bday. We were also doing a football jersey photo shoot & a formal family photo shoot the photographer didn’t take any pics of our baby in her dress she did her own pictures in white cotton swab she rushed us the back drops were bent in the pics and very tacky she rushed us it was horrible & very disappointing we were told this is a $500 photo shoot she charged us $200 the pictures of me my daughter she’s not even looking at the camera. This is the most ridiculous horrible photo shoot we have ever done we both have other kids. It was way to expensive for trash we have since had to pay to redo the entire shoot we have both been very upset since

Avoid this location. Our party of 10 recently had a session at the Nashua JCPenney Portrait Studio (Pheasant Lane Mall), and it was the most horrible experience we have ever had here. Our photographer, Alex, was extremely inexperienced. They gave us absolutely no directions or suggestions on how to pose a large group. To make matters worse, the studio lighting was incredibly dim, and the final pictures turned out super dark. We have taken photos at this location multiple times in the past, but this experience was uniquely mediocre and disappointing. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The photos and all are professional. I wanted to take a photo with a pet and it said $14 on the website, when I made the appointment, they told me about the fees that weren’t shown 80 dollars for 3 photos 180 for all the photos Not stated anywhere Wasted my time

I took my daughter to get her 2nd birthday photos on Friday June 12th 2026. The session and everything was fine, However; The guy who took the photos told me they would be uploaded to the album and available to purchase within 24 hours. After 24 hours and still no pictures I called again and he said 48 hours and the system was behind. 48 hours later, still no pictures however HE DID call and let me know that they are running behind and it would be 72 hours max. Well now we are here.. Its Tuesday June 16th 2026 at 1 30pm and still have not gotten the email so I called customer service. The lady i spoke with informed me that the last order i had was last year. I told her no, it was Friday and i even paid for a picture to be sent to my house. She transferred me to her boss upon my request, where the boss then told me the pictures can take another 2-3 WEEKS to receive. The only thing she offered to do is to give me a $5 refund via check in the mail for purchasing the photo.

It was today this happened actually, My friends and I got asked because of a cancellation at the midrivers mall if I'm completely correct, we had this amazing lady named Robin, sadly I don't remember her name but she was so helpful, so fun and absolutely hilarious. Even if some of the poses were a bit hard she motivated us in any way possible. On the walk there I personally got scared of the escalator, a bit embarrassing to admit but she kept that smile literally the whole way and the photo shoot didn't take too long. Definetky recommend :)

Sam is the best! I have gone nowhere else and with 4 grandkids that says something! Samantha in OKC has taken my youngest grandson’s birthday pictures early, my anniversary photos last 5 years, my oldest grandson’s graduation, my only granddaughters photos when she visits! Oh and did I mention she also has done their holiday photos including Easter bunny and Christmas! Quail Springs Mall and Penn Square are the go to spots for photos! But BE AWARE…. Bring your checkbook/ debit cards…. You will want them all by the time Sam is done! And I get them all every time!!!!!
