I thank Krystal for her true professionalism. I was very impressed with her ability to bring out the best pictures of me.

It was today this happened actually, My friends and I got asked because of a cancellation at the midrivers mall if I'm completely correct, we had this amazing lady named Robin, sadly I don't remember her name but she was so helpful, so fun and absolutely hilarious. Even if some of the poses were a bit hard she motivated us in any way possible. On the walk there I personally got scared of the escalator, a bit embarrassing to admit but she kept that smile literally the whole way and the photo shoot didn't take too long. Definetky recommend :)

Sam is the best! I have gone nowhere else and with 4 grandkids that says something! Samantha in OKC has taken my youngest grandson’s birthday pictures early, my anniversary photos last 5 years, my oldest grandson’s graduation, my only granddaughters photos when she visits! Oh and did I mention she also has done their holiday photos including Easter bunny and Christmas! Quail Springs Mall and Penn Square are the go to spots for photos! But BE AWARE…. Bring your checkbook/ debit cards…. You will want them all by the time Sam is done! And I get them all every time!!!!!

My best friend and I booked in to have an "awkward family photos" session at the Shackleford Crossing branch in Little Rock, Arkansas. We weren't sure if the photographer would know what we were talking about, but Alan understood us 100% from the very beginning! He had pose ideas, we had pose ideas, and we just about died laughing for the whole time we were there. We ended up buying ALL of the photos. Thank you so much Alan for getting us!

We ran super late to our appointment but Arieanna at The Woodlands studio was very accommodating and took great pictures! Groupon gave a great deal and we will definitely be back for more.

I always have such a wonderful experience at JCPenney Portraits, and it is all thanks to Wesley. Every time I come in for photos, Wesley makes the entire process feel so easy and enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I absolutely love the way he takes my daughters’ pictures. Wesley always knows the perfect poses and selects the best backgrounds so their outfits really stand out in the photos. His attention to detail and creativity make such a difference in the final pictures. What I appreciate most is his professionalism and dedication to great customer service. If any obstacle comes up during the session, Wesley is quick to find a solution and keeps everything running smoothly. It is rare to find customer service like this these days, and working with him is honestly a breath of fresh air. I am extremely grateful for the care and effort Wesley puts into every session, which is why I felt it was important to finally write this review. It was definitely long overdue. Thank you, Wesley, for always making our photo experiences so special!

Raven at Ridgedale JCP really works well with our 2 1/2 yr old and 4 1/2 year old boys she is a wonderful photographer; we have been going to her for over 4 years every 3 to 6 months as the boys grow. They love her so much they call her by name.
