My wife and I have used JayWay three times for international trips. Previous trips were to Eastern Europe. This year we used them for a trip to Greece for our 25th wedding anniversary in May. We were in Greece twenty-one years ago and wanted to explore more of it. Aside from Athens, which we had been to before, we went to Nafplio, Naxos, and Chania (in Crete). Initially, we provided our travel advisor Elena with a number of destinations we were interested in and stipulated that we didn't want to feel rushed in any of them. She helped us winnow down the destinations to what best fit our interests and preferred timeframe. She also provided good options for hotels and activities for us to select from, as well as transportation between destinations. In addition, she elicited our dietary preferences and restrictions. Elena was informed, attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the months long process. Our onsite travel contact Valentina was terrific in ensuring that everything went smoothly when we arrived in Greece and made helpful suggestions. Our drivers, particularly the long-distance drivers, were terrific and all were on time. Also, our private tour guides were friendly and informed. My wife and I have found all JayWay staff members to be friendly and attentive. So, it was not a total surprise that we found in our hotel rooms a bottle of wine and a written note from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary. My wife and I highly recommend JayWay. The cost of their trips is reasonable, they offer packaged and customizable tours, and they offer great quality and reliability.

We first used JayWay Travel on our Bucket List trip to Rome, the Amalfi Coast and Sicily in 2024. Jayway helped us plan the most amazing family trip to Sicily with a stop in Rome. Everything was perfect. They made everything easy from start to finish. All our tour guides were wonderful and our local rep was the greatest.

JayWay travel planned and arranged my trip to Italy. What an amazing experience. I gave them a broad idea of the things we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and they did the rest. They gave me hotel options, then made all the reservations and paid all the fees including taxes. They scheduled private tours which were amazing. I would only consider using them for any trip going forward.
