JayWay TravelReviews of jaywaytravel.com

JayWay arranged a 9 day tour of Poland for us. It primarily consisted of getting us from one city to the next and followed by a walking overview of that new area. The guides were on time [usually 10 mins early] friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Exceptional. From beginning to end GW provided us with superior service at a reasonable price. I have already recommended GW to friends and will continue to do so in the future. The only reason I gave them 5 stars was b/c I couldn't give them 10.

Visiting and seeing the birth place of my grandparents was absolutely amazing. I embraced the entire culture of Polska. The people I meet in Warszawa and Krakow were kind, friendly, and fun. The cultural cites were simply marvelous. The food, both at the hotels and at local restaurants, cafes delicious, The transportation system, 5 stars. The JayWay guides exceptional

My wife and I used Jay Way for the first time to plan our first ever Italy vacation - Rome, Florence, Venice. They offered a "Best of Italy" itinerary with a ten day duration. All transportation details included. We chose our tours. The hotels met our expectations. Very nice. The local guide, limo drivers and tour guides were very competent and professional. The local tours we chose were amazing. Our trip, however, was not flawless. We were stranded twice in Venice when our water taxis failed to show. Our guide was unavailable by phone. Very distressing for two seniors in a foreign city for the first time! Additionally, our meeting point for a Venice walking tour was miscommunicated and we missed this tour (along with ten other travellers). We were reimbursed for the missed tour and we were offered a $200. credit on a future booking. This trip was not inexpensive. Not sure we would consider JayWay again.
